I cannot stress how amazing this company is! From speaking to shontae on the phone to mark coming out and fixing the a/c was a wonderful experience you can definitely tell that they care about their costumers ! Mark checked the system and made sure it was working properly he explained in detail what the issue was and even advised us on how to keep or ac unit functioning correctly. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs it!

This was my first time using this company after another one giving me the run around. The front office lady I talked to on the phone, Angelina, was SO nice. She listened to all my problems from another company not doing anything about my AC issues. She actually cared. I called at 2 pm on a Friday and they got me in same day, no problem. The tech that came out to find the issue for us, Zac, AMAZING. So helpful, knowledgeable, very trustworthy, all around good person. I would recommend this company to everyone! (not getting paid for this, they are just awesome and I was blown away because we’ve have terrible HVAC experiences) We’ll never use another company and always ask for Zac if he’s available!

Shannon the AC tech arrived within the appt window; the office called twice to let me know when to expect him. He thoroughly checked the system & identified the leak. We spoke about options & he told me what to expect on potential price . Shannon was very friendly & knowledgeable.

Vic and Andres were professional and knowledgeable. Got the job done promptly and we’re very happy with the service! So thankful to have cool air again during this heat wave.

Frank and his coworker were absolutely the best. They explained every step as they went along, they even did some minor repairs that I was not expecting. Very courteous and friendly and a pleasure to work with. They will always be my goto company for any ac, heater, duck work going forward. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I’m out of town and needed my AC looked at. She answered, booked the technician for a few hours later the same day! Tomorrow it will be fixed as the rain prohibited finding the leak. Thank you, Country Air! Your Prompt service is so appreciated!
