Earl's Plumbing & Air

We've had Earl's home warranty for a couple of months and have nothing but positive experiences. They can be reached very promptly and the technicians arrive usually within 1-3 days, usually sooner. Our last experience was nothing short of exceptional service. Randy and his colleague came out within hours of us not having hot water - They inspected it and before the day was over and kids were home from school, we had hot water and a properly draining bathtub! Their warranty coverage is very good and we are paying reasonable amount out of pocket. In our experience with a different company last year, we weren't very pleased because that company found reasons not to cover services instead of finding ways to help their customers out. We recommend Earl's highly and their staff is always respectful and courteous and calling for some repair (which is usually daunting when you don't know anything about electrical or plumbing issues) doesn't feel stressful with them.
Another feature I like about their service is I get a text with a picture of the technician that will arrive so we know who to expect -

I used Earl’s plumbing to install a new ice maker in my refrigerator and it was done in a very professional way with no problems. I have ordered a new drop in range and dishwasher and they are going to install them when they arrive. The employee from Earl’s was very knowledgeable about the installation process and said it could be done with no major issues.

Reyes Castillo serviced our air conditioner today. He was awesome! Extremely professional and took care of all of our needs. His customer service is top notch! We will use Earl’s again, if needed, and highly recommend them to everyone that is in need of their services. Thank you, Earl’s and Reyes!

Every time I call Earl’s, they send their technicians in a timely manner, and they do their job well. I began using Earl’s because they did the warranty work after I bought my home, and continue to call on them for my plumbing and heating needs. Wonderful employees!

These guys (Cole and Zach) were awesome!!! Could not recommend them more highly! Very professional, knowledgeable and were able to diagnose and repair my plumbing issue very quickly. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Amazing people! Called this morning when our AC started acting up they were able to get us in the same day! Reyes cane to our house and had the problem solved within minutes. He had the parts needed in his truck to repair our AC unit and we had cool air flowing again! Loved how quick and easy they were to work with. Will definitely call again if we have issues.

Tony a new employee at Earl's Plumbing did an amazing job, very thorough in performing annual maintenance agreement for preventive maintenance on air conditioners that I purchased from Earls a few years back.
