One of their drivers backed up traffic as he was on his phone at the intersection of 82nd and Upland and refused to go at the green light. Then, proceeded to drive half of the speed limit in a two lane road.
I guess being a lousy driver is one of the qualifications of getting a job here.

Earl’s plumbing came to my rescue. I am very impressed with their willingness to work with me when I had plumbing issues on a Friday afternoon, and I was going out of town for the weekend. They met my daughter at my house Saturday morning , called me with estimate, and fixed the problem. I was sent a text with a name and picture of the plumber that would be there. I appreciate this kind of reassurance. So very thankful for their high quality service.

Earl's was able to come out to diagnose and repair our water heater the same day that I called to request a technician. The master plumber who came out was very courteous and knowledgeable. Here was able to diagnose the problem within about 10 minutes. They provided us with a total estimate then went to get the part we needed. I would highly recommend.

Our service person was Mike B. He was on time, polite, nice, and professional the entire time. He went out of his way to fully explain the problem, fixed the problem super quick, and gave advice about AC maintenance regarding filter replacement that I'll use in the future. We have used Earl’s for our home warranty for three years. They are the best. Recently we had an air conditioning unit go out at 4:00pm and we were having people over at 6:00. They sent a technician out immediately. Issac was able to identify the issue, had the part in his truck, and had us up and running by 5:00!! Above and beyond when we needed them.

Always a great company to deal with. The technicians are honest, hard working and friendly. They do the job right and do it the first time. The office people I have dealt with were helpful and friendly. I'll use Earl's as much as possible and will be doing so in the future.

I love Earl’s! I had a water heater burst this morning. I called Earl’s and they were able to send someone out today. That’s extraordinary service. They are very good at communicating via phone and text. I highly recommend them.

We have used Earls a number of times. They always impress me. This last time was due to a slab leak. They are always so knowledgeable and honest. We got several quotes and opinions with some company’s saying we needed to repipe our entire house for 30k.
They scheduled it for Saturday and showed up on time. Richard was absolutely awesome and very polite. We will continue to use Earls for our plumbing needs! Great Christian company who you can trust.

Cole was Professional and polite. Very upfront about all work and the cost for it to be done. Great communication between the office and technician. I loved that you can text back and forth with office staff about appt. I had to reschedule mine last minute for later in the day, they were very accommodating and they still came out and completed the work. I would definitely use them again in the future.
