Earl's does a great job. They promptly responded when I needed my AC fixed. They also do a great job calling and communicating with you as well as sending a text with some information about the repair person coming to your home as well as a picture of the person so you know who to expect. And they fixed my AC! Definitely recommend!

Truly wonderful service! They were able to squeeze me in the next day following an afternoon service request. The receptionist offered to get me in sooner and made an appointment for the next day. The technician was polite and very thorough. He taught as I asked questions and gave additional bits and pieces of help! Couldn’t be more satisfied with this company. They have surveyed two of my houses of which are always focused on detail. Would highly recommend.

Earl's is amazing! My husband and I needed a new AC unit. Ty came out and was very professional. He looked around and explained to us what he thinks we need and what we didn't need. He was very honest and informative. He gave us a great quote and was able to schedule our new installation for the next day. Reyes and Ted came out and did the installation. They were both very kind and professional the whole time they were here. They did great work and cleaned up everything. I would recommend using Earl's. We are very pleased with the service and costumer service.

Earl's was great, as always. I called them first thing in the morning and Darren was there with a friendly smile by 11:15. He fixed both issues speedily and cheerfully. Earl's always strives to make service calls a great customer experience and go the extra mile to ensure we are satisfied every single time.

We have had a home warranty through Earl’s since purchasing our first house 2 years ago. We have used the warranty numerous times and it has saved us a TON of money. Today, amidst a global pandemic, our showers and toilets began backing up. We called Earls and they arrived within 30 minutes fully suited up for our protection. They didn’t even have to step foot in our home and had our plumbing fixed in less than an hour! We have been so happy with our experience at Earl’s every single time they have come out to our home and would highly recommend their services and their warranty!

Carey S. was prompt and so helpful. He was professional and very nice. He new the plumbing issue I was having and addressed it in a timely manner. I would use Earl’s again. The price was what I expected for an “after hours” call. I knew Earl in college and I’m glad hos integrity and character has transferred into his business.

After calling 2 other businesses that didn't show on a weekend, I called Earl's who showed up before the promised time. Luis Pacheco was our technician, he was professional. knowledgeable and promptly got the job done. I will use Earl's every time now. They went above and beyond, our community needs more businesses like Earl's, Thank you! We will be purchasing our home warranty from Earl's in the future.

You all have been awesome, from my first call to the end of the service call, your customer service was phenomenal! I called Earl's and another plumber, but I chose Earl's because Chuck really listened to me and instilled me with confidence in your company. Carey and Matt were great, too! They were very professional. I love the app that told me when the guys would arrive. Then Carey checked in with me when they were just a few minutes from me and called me when they were finished. They were so considerate! Thanks so much!

Want to share our experience with Earl's, their technician, and their Home Warranty Process in general. After our unit went out late Saturday afternoon, the Earl's office staff expedited a technician to our home, and by Sunday morning Alex was at our door ready to see how he could help. Alex quickly diagnosed the issue (original Trane A/C motor locking up), and replaced the entire component under Earl's Home Warranty.

We have only owned the home for about two weeks, so naturally a major component going out is nothing short of frustrating. But with the Home Warranty Protection provided by Earl's, we had a technician promptly to our house (impressive considering it was late into the weekend!) and had the problem fixed in no time.

For anyone debating tapping into a home warranty program, I highly recommend Earl's. Their service and coverage has already paid for itself in less than two weeks.

They responded to our service call in under 3 hours and had the quote ready for me to sign within 5 minutes of arriving and they got to work replacing the valves! All the kiddos were napping (the sink needing repair was in their naproom) and they respectfully worked so quietly so not to disturb them! They were finished within a couple hours and everything is good as new! This was my first time using Earl's after being highly recommended by close friends and I couldn't be happier! And their prices were very fair and reasonable unlike most others in town!
