I used them again this week (1/24/19) to replace a sewer line. It was a lot of digging and attempting to figure out where the heck the old sewer line ran (couldn't use a camera for a number of reasons). Pleasant to work with. Patient. Listened. Really pleased. Plus, I have my kitchen sink drain back at a decent price. Thanks, Mark (and crew) and Earl's.

Previous Post...Unchanged Rating: Used Earl's again. Service person came to house, but leak had stopped and we searched and searched, but couldn't figure out where it had come from. Service call, he did spend an hour at the house after all was $125. Leak came back the next day and this time I found it.

Earl's came out and fixed it and the charge was $128.

Received a call this morning and Earl's is deleting the first payment: "We didn't find the leak and we should have."

An argument can be made that they shouldn't have charged the first charge, but a better argument can be made that I paid twice and they fixed it and I wouldn't have known the difference had they not. That's ethical business and they'll have mine until they get tired of me.

Our experience with Earls was seamless - from Eric taking the call to sending out the tech to service our A/C problem. Stoney called prior to coming out - let us know he was a route.... was prompt, knowledgeable about our problem with our A/C and is the nicest guy!!! He corrected the problem quickly and got us up and running in short order. We will definitely call Earls again for service.

Very much appreciate them. When something else comes up, or I have an idea that I want accomplished, believe me, I will certainly call these folks. Kudos to this company!

Actually they came a day earlier! How often does that happen!! Aaron was awesome! He diagnosed our air conditioning problem in only a few minutes. Seriously! He changed out our burnt wires in no time, serviced the unit and was finished in less than a hour. I highly recommend getting a home warranty thru Earl’s Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. We are on our 2nd year with them. We have been more than satisfied!

We bought a home warranty from Earl's when we bought our house. The day after we moved in we had a leak start in one of the walls. We called Earl's and they were able to come out the next morning and got it fixed in about one and half hours. All it cost was the 79 dollar deductible! Money well spent in my opinion! And they did a very professional looking repair. They don't do drywall but with the money I saved on the plumbing repair should cover that easily!

I have multiple homes in the Lubbock area and I have used these guys for absolutely everything. I’ve never had a problem with them they have fixed everything under the stars and been upfront and honest with me. I don’t know what I would do without them. I wish we had a Earls where I lived. You guys need to come to marble Falls:)

Tommy and Darin provided over the top service. They were professional, knowledgeable, yet so friendly and personable. I will definitely request them next time. This is a 10 year old house and needs several upcoming plumbing renovations. I wouldn't have anyone else so it but Earls. Thanks so much for sending them my way. Second time to use Earl’s today. (5/11/20) Had an issue with our main line clogging and nothing draining. Darren came out and they cleared out the line. It is during COVID, so they wore face masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. They texted me before they came with a photo of who to expect. The process from booking the appointment through the service call was simple and easy. Nice people.

I called Earl’s about an issue with my Whirlpool refrigerator not cooling properly. (6/5/18) Tammy was super helpful setting up the appointment with the technician for the next day. I appreciated that they texted my wife and me when the technician was on the way. My wife was able to leave work and meet him at the house. I also liked that they sent a photo of the technician. Chad worked quickly and diagnosed the issue of a broken fan. I like that he took the time to show and explain to my wife what was wrong. I appreciate that he treated my wife with respect and was patient with her. Lastly, I like that Earl’s emailed the invoice and receipt to me with the option to pay online. The invoice was easy to read and broke down the costs, fees, and labor. Earl’s is first on my list!

I am very impressed with this company. Reyes Castillo was our technician. He called me a day earlier than my scheduled appointment, fixed our air conditioner in a prompt manner, and was very polite. I will call Earl's for future things I need fixed in my home!
