During that week between Christmas and New Year's you just don't know how good of service you might receive. Earl's Plumbing delivers!!! Had a problem with the blower on our heater. It was making a different noise and we thought it might not be good. Friday evening they checked it out, had the parts ordered and shared that if it went down over the weekend they would come out and work to get us along. Monday came and they got it all working with new parts in a short period of time! The Service Technicians were super friendly, professional and courteous! And what I like just about as much as their great service - they called and even texted me when their technicians were coming out! Even with pictures! That sure makes you feel better when you are letting a "stranger" come into your home!!! And.....when the Technicians talk about the good things of Earl's Plumbing - that is a very good indicator that Earl's Plumbing is working to "deliver" to their employees as well as their customers!
Our old AC crashed on the day it was 110 degrees. I called Earl's to get an estimate for a new one. Ty was prompt and came over within an hour to look at our system. He was very thorough and friendly. My dogs loved him! He was able to answer all my questions and we will have a brand new, more efficient unit within 36 hours! I can't wait to have a system that works like it's supposed to!!
Casey was efficient and courteous. His work was clean and neat. I hot a text with his picture before he came. That is a wonderful security measure.Everything went smoothly and he cleaned everything before he left. It looked better when he left than when he started. This was our first time using Earl's but it won't be the last. Thanks very much.
Last time we used Earl's it was a really great experience. This time we are under a time crunch that was conveyed Monday morning the first time I called. The technician came out Tuesday afternoon to take a look and said he would work up an estimate and get back in touch. He did just that except the estimate was sent in an email. Never was I told it would be emailed. I waited all afternoon and finally called at 4:30 to see what the problem was. After talking to several very professional people on the phone, I was assured that the work would be started first thing the next day pending approval of the plumbing manager. There was nothing scheduled for our tech on the calendar. However, The manager hadn't added the jobs scheduled for the next day on the calendar. The work was scheduled for Thursday, today, morning between 8:30 and 9. I called at 9 to find out why they were not here and found out that the tech had been sent on other calls and would not arrive until mid-morning. We are leaving town first thing tomorrow morning, which was explained on Monday, and we have to have a gas leak repaired including digging a ditch and getting it approved by the city before tomorrow. Well, I don't see that happening. I am very disappointed. All the people on the phone are very helpful and the techs are very efficient. The plumbing manager, in my humble estimate, is not helping his people communicate or schedule jobs accurately or timely. If I had known they were too busy this week, I could have made other arrangements.I can't promise my loyalty at this point. Changing my stars to 2 because of the other people involved besides the manager.
Earl's Home Warranty was excellent. Our built-in microwave died after moving into our first home. They responded within 24 hours of submitting my request to set an appointment. Once the technician determined it needed to be replaced, they ordered a new one and had it installed. For a non-emergency request, I was impressed that the process was completed in about 10 days. For both the inspection and installation, Hector R. arrived and completed the work within the scheduled time slots. He called when he was on his way. He wiped his shoes before coming in. He was polite and efficient. He brought any trash out with him. He also provided me some great homeowner tips regarding maintaining appliances. Being a new homeowner is a bit stressful. You no longer can just call up the apartment front office and submit a maintenance request. However, it's nice to know I can just call Earl's!
An unexpected plumbing problem that needed immediate attention was handled with respect and promptness.. Special thanks to Tony and Tyler. I highly recommend Earl's for all their services. Their technicians are accommodating, courteous, and efficient at problem solving.
I had a hot water heater replaced and they did an awesome job. They explained things to me and were very nice. I love the app they use to let you know that they are on their way. I hit on the tracker and it told me that they were 4 minutes away and then when they arrived. It also shows you a pic of the person who’s coming and tells you a little about them. Example: he’s a master plumber with 14 years of experience. I really appreciated that. I’d definitely use them again.
The communication about my service visit was above expectations. I felt like I knew the workers before they arrived! They were very thorough and went above and beyond in leaving everything clean before they left. They were quick, effective, pleasant and economical and I recommend them highly for any work you may need!
I had a pipe burst under my house after business hours, I called Earl’s first thing the next morning. I asked for the first available appointment and the dispatcher was understanding and told me she would set up a visit that morning. About an hour later I received a text letting me know when the plumber would arrive & showing how I could track his location once he was on the way. The plumbers who came were professional, friendly & completed the work quickly. They answered all my questions and left no mess. I was expecting the worst but the total price was very fair. I will be recommending Earl’s from now on!
