ETR East Texas Refrigeration Air Conditioning & Heating

Once again ETR did a great job with performing preventative maintenance on my A/C. Brittany is always great setting up the yearly preventative maintenance and following up on previous service calls. A big thank you to Gilberto he came out and did an excellent job. Very professional and great customer service.

Was having issues with water pouring onto my floor out of my air conditioning unit. Called EAST TEXAS REFRIGERATION and had a technician by the name of David Calk come out to make the repairs. It is so good to have a technician that is personable and professional. He explained what my issue was, and explained what it should be doing and how he was going to make the repairs. He answered all of my questions, and then some. I am happy to say my air conditioner is running fantastic and no water dripping anywhere. I will continue to use EAST TEXAS REFRIGERATION as my go to air conditioning repair place. It would be great if I could have David come back if I ever need anything else repaired with my air conditioner unit. He is an asset to ETR .

Bradley showed up on time (even a little early!) and used his time efficiently. He walked us through all problems, solutions, and outcomes for our budget and future expectations. We have used other companies in the past who would simply say ‘you need a new unit’, without running any diagnostics or investigation the whole system. But ETR gave us realistic solutions both temporarily and long term. Very satisfied!!

Can’t say enough good things about ETR. I will not let anyone but ETR to touch my system. I get an education when they come out as to get the longest life and best performance from my system. I always have them under my maintenance program. It is worth the money and to be on a priority list for repair. Larry Smith came out today. One word to describe his service, knowledge, and professionalism: EXCELLENT!

ETR has never failed me in the 17 years they have been servicing my home. Their technicians complete a thorough inspection and are very knowledgable about the latest technology. AND they are professional!

I have used ETR in the past and the service technician did an excellent job. The only drawback is it took 2 days before arriving. Their office did tell me ahead of time that they had a very heavy schedule and it might be the following day before they arrive.

I called ETR on a Wednesday and they were able install my cooling/heating mini split on Friday. Installer Mike Mullins and his helper were friendly, polite and professional. They arrived early and were finished a little after lunch. I will definitely call them again if I ever have any cooling/heating needs.

I have used ETR for many years to take care of my a/c and heat. I have had the maintenance done regularly, I don’t think I have ever had to call them back or to fix anything. David came today and checked my whole system. He was very thorough, explaining everything he did. I appreciate his professionalism and help. Thank you David!

Jason, our service technician, was friendly, professional, answered questions about what he did and what was needed. We gave used ETR fir years a d they have always done a good job.

The technicians were exactly who a customer hopes will show up when a problem arises. They were courteous, careful of our house (including wearing shoe covers whenever they were in the house), very professional yet friendly, and they answered all of my questions and concerns. My Trane system had never needed service during the 12 years since installation, but finally a problem came up and they fixed it quickly. I highly recommend ETR!
