Aaron Miller came and gave me an estimate for a simple job. He was on time, extremely professional, gave a solid quote, and had reasonable pricing! I’m very impressed with ETR and their employees!

Oscar Miranda was the BEST technician l have ever had to come out! He explained each step of what he was doing and why he was doing it. He showed me what a savings it would be for Me to sign up for their program where they come out twice a year to check out the unit and prepare it for the next season. He made sure to have my unit up and running properly before he left. He also explained what type of a/c filter to purchase best suited to my unit. I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience with my many questions.

My a/c unit kicked the bucket this morning. Austin and Oscar got here before lunch, figured it out and fixed everything within a few hours. Very impressed with how thorough they were on all aspects. 5 stars.

Our thermostat suddenly quit working, so ETR came out to diagnose and fix the problem. They found that something had been knocked loose from the units in the attic so they fixed the problem and
reset the thermostat. We are VIP members, so they came and fixed the issue quickly.

I always have the best experience using ETR! Everyone from the office to the technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and kind! Anytime i need a repair they are quick to get me on their schedule. They always reach out to me to schedule preventative maintenance that i may forget is due which is a huge help. The communication is so wonderful on top of the excellent service they provide everytime!!!!
