Today Trevor and Jesus came out to install our new 16 SEER HVAC system and "Clean Effects" air filtration system. They showed up on time, were very courteous and very knowledgeable and respected our property. They cleaned up at the end and answered all my questions... I would be glad ti refer ETR.

ETR was very quick to respond when my air condition went out. The service tech, Matt, was super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. He also did a full inspection of the unit as well. When he saw we were in a new house (5 years old) he asked if I knew if the unit was under warranty. I didn’t know and he called the office to check and it was. So the part he replaced was not charged to me!!! Now that is service!!

We were in an emergent bind. One of our 4 AC units (heat pumps) stopped working and the temp in the house was in the 80’s and climbing.
We called our established company, with whom we’ve had a 15+ year relationship AND their service agreement, and were told the soonest anyone would be available would be 24 hours later.
I did a couple of google review searches and my intuition pointed me to ETR. My call was answered promptly. I was talking to a tech, Herbert Hardy, within 10 minutes and he arrived within the hour (only because he lived 45 minutes away). He spent several hours trying to fix our unit, which was sadly on its last leg.
Herbert was kind, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. We didn’t feel like he was trying to sell us anything we didn’t need.
What he said he would do, he had already done before I was able to call the office the next morning at 0800.
In less than two hours I had Jarrod McKinley at my house, evaluating my entire system and explaining the pros and cons of what options were available.
Before noon I had bids delivered, questions answered, an entire new unit ordered and scheduled for installation.
Icing on the cake, they brought me a temporary window unit to keep that side of the house cool until the new unit can be installed.
All of this was done before my long term company was even willing to show up to assess the problem.

ETR you have a very satisfied customer for life!!

Your technician was fantastic and concerned but we couldn't get the noise to happen again but he did check everything out and everything was fine
