ETR installed my system last year. They've been super responsive to any questions or concerns. Jesus came out the other day to help tweak the system. He was great. He was punctual, thorough, and knew exactly what he was doing.

The service was great! I’m a ERT member and always liked their work but today it was exceptional! They inspected everything, did a deep clean-up as it has never before, checked my new thermostat, everything. And very nice and respectful guys. I was very impressed! Keep up the good work ETR!

Shout out to the tech from ETR Jesus Estrella for his work and explaining what all he was doing. Very friendly and personable with good knowledge of his job. I would recommend ETR to others to use their services.

I’ve been using ETR since they installed our system years ago. Every year we renew our maintenance contract with them because of the affordability, value and, most of all, the friendliness and professionalism they display. Mr. Smith was our guy these last two times. He has been outstanding, even going beyond and cleaning returns out of reach, normally. I haven’t a bad thing to say about this company. I am very glad we used them.

I'm out of town, called ETR mid June 2023. Wife says A/c pipes froze not cooling. Tech arrived and checks the system and said it was low on freon, states he can't fill it because "they don't make the freon anymore and I had a bad compressor to boot." Said we eill have to get a new unit. Left my wife and kids sweating.

I called another ac repair company because I needed my house cool and wasn't confident in the previous answer. Another company showed up added freon. And suggested I start saving to replace the unit when I had the money and during the winter months when it wasn't needed. Thanks Morgan Air Care !

Keaton and the guy who came with him, sorry I didn't get his name, did a great job. They immediately identified the problem, it didn't take long at all. Then fixed the issue in a timely manner as well. Both guys explained what caused the issue and asked several times if I had any more questions and they explained, again, what caused it. Both guys were nice and patient. I really appreciate them identifying the problem, solving the problem, and answering all my questions.

Friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Blane and Zach diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. They were patient and thorough with explaining the diagnosis and repair needed and with answering all my questions. They told me how much it would cost before doing the repair. There were no hidden costs or surprises when it was time to pay. They surpassed my service expectations, and I will definitely call them for any future A/C service I may need!

I have a bedroom in the SW corner of the house that gets very warm compared to the other rooms. When Aaron came out to give me an estimate for installing a Split Mini one room AC/Heat unit, he inspected my HVAC and discovered that the plenum boxes and duct were not engineered/installed properly. So for about 25% the cost of installing a Split Mini work-around, his crew came out the next morning, installed new plenum boxes and baffles, installed a fresh air return from this bedroom to the intake plenum box to provide proper air movement and removal of heat to allow more efficient cooling of the room. .

The ducting crew were fantastic. The arrived on-time, completed the mods in only 2 1/2 hours, instead of the 4 quoted. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional in every way.

Cuddos to Aaron who found the root cause of my problems, his knowledge and experience for proper design and installation solved my issues.

And, Cuddos to to the crew who did the work for their professionalism and friendliness, causing minimal disturbance to us and providing quality work.

Blane was terrific. Came out and figured out what was going on with my machine. Fixed it up better than it was before and advised me on another repair that might need to be done soon. Would certainly use them again.
