My unit was just shy of 10 years old by 15 days. They came out diagnosed the problem fix the problem under the warranty. A few days later the system erupted again this time Blane Owens came out.

I cannot say enough good things about Blane! I actually waited for his schedule to coincide with mine to do my repairs on further. I have not had any issue since. I was comfortable turning my back on him he's personable, professional, competent very smart very good at what he does and he's cute to boot :-)

I won't have anyone else come out I'll wait for him to be available he's the best! 5 stars to Blane!!

TJ Vergato is professional, friendly, and a great asset to ETR! I would highly recommend this company. They were able to come out and fix my heater a few days before Thanksgiving. TJ was able to come out just a few hours after I called due to my heater not working! Great team!

Wow! Our technician, Bredain, went above and beyond! He got us all set for the winter and even fixed a door that wouldn’t open. I called the office multiple times with questions and Brit was so helpful and understanding. Can’t forget Tim, who also answered many questions. What an amazing team!
