Acme Air Conditioning & Heating

Acme A/C and Heating had the best customer service, they are fast, friendly and efficient. I have been using Acme for several years and they have always been upfront and honest. Their prices are fair and they don't price gouge. I tried another company before I found Acme, this other company, walked in the door looked at the furnace and said I can't do anything and charged me $85 for nothing. Acme had never done that, they have always resolve any issues and sometimes at no charge. This is an excellent company to use and I highly recommend them. Thanks Acme for caring about your customers.

Wonderful service, they actually were able to come out earlier than scheduled. Our servicemen were friendly, listened to our problem and got right to work. The pricing was fair, problem resolved quickly and everyone was very courteous . Thanks for a great job!

this company is the best we have ever dealt with. on 9/10/20 we requested service. on 9/11/20 they were at our home and repaired the a/c. the tech was on time, knowledgeable, and very courteous. rare

We have used Acme HVAC for over 10 years and they have been great! No matter the issue they show up on time, do the job, AND clean up any mess. We have been under a customer service contract which covers both spring & fall check-ups at an extremely fair price; and any repairs needed during the year are quickly tended to, again at a fair cost to us "seniors" It's comforting to know we have them in our corner!

Tech was professional and courteous. He introduced himself and explained what he was doing and appeared to be extremely knowledgeable about his job and the problem we were having. He checked the entire unit from top to bottom. He found the problem and corrected the issue. He wore shoe covers each time he entered the house to avoid tracking in dirt or mud. Before he left he explained a preventative maintenance program offered by his company and left the form for us to consider. We will use ACME if we ever have any other problems, great service.

ACME Air Conditioning and Heating LLC is an awesome company. For a little over 4 years, we have thought we've been having AC problems which nobody could seem to figure out. We were finally desperate enough to just buy a whole new central air system and hope that would fix our problems. We called several companies to come out to give us free estimates for a new system. I wanted a guarantee though that a new system would be the cure for our 90° house. Nobody could seem to promise that. ACME was the last company that I contacted. Paul was the name of the guy who came to give us an estimate. Normally, with giving an estimate, they will just look at the unit you have, tell you what they would replace it with, then tell you the cost. Not Paul.... He went over and above to try to see why the house was hot when the air coming out of the vents was cold. He even crawled under the house to check things out. He was here a good 2 hours and he was very bothered that he couldn't find an issue with the AC. Soon after he left, he called me up to see if I would be interested in having his boss come out with a thermal imaging camera to see where the heat was coming from in our house. I told him yes and that we would be willing to pay for that. That evening, the secretary called me to set up a time for the general manager Chuck Hineman to come out the next day. When Mr. Hineman came out, he found the source of our problems. Our ceiling was running at over 100° and it wasn't even a really hot day that day. So, our problem wasn't the air conditioner all this time but it was because our roof we had installed back in 2017 was not properly vented! We would have never known this had it not been for Paul and Chuck's determination to find the problem! Not only that, but Mr. Hineman didn't even charge us for him coming out either! Now we are in the process of getting our roof problem fixed, thanks to ACME and we will be using ACME for our heating and cooling needs from here on out!

Paul was very nice, professional and informative. I had a previous technician from another company come out who basically told me nothing was wrong. Paul came out, found the problem, and told me how to fix it in a cost-effective way. Very satisfied.

Fast response on a Saturday!!! Good and fair pricing! I will use them again for my service needs. I really enjoyed the fact that they do not play games or try to scam. Shout out to Noel for his expertise and advice to help avoid this same issue in the future.

Andrew is our HERO! Our unit is only 6 months old. We woke up on February 15th (Saturday morning) and it was 59 degrees in the house! We figured no one worked on Saturday but to our surprise someone answered the phone! We explained our situation and she had Andrew come out and replace our thermostat within hours!!!

He was very courteous, very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He also impressed me by putting on protective shoes so he wouldn't bring dirt in from outside!
