Acme AC was excellent. JR showed up during the pre-scheduled time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our heater, While thoroughly explaining what he was doing and how everything should properly function. He had to order parts for a permanent fix, but got us up and running in no time. Thanks!

These folks were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. An AC refrigerant leak was found that had been looked for several times before. The service is always great and top notch. Always easy to reach some for help, service or information. The service technician’s use of a temporary spare part to keep my system going until the new guaranteed part could be ordered and installed was excellent. I really appreciate that. 👍🏾

Called and asked how much a specific part for mu unit would cost and that there would me no need to troubleshoot or for a service call and they refused service saying I would have to schedule a service call that would start at $139. Would not recommend company they are a scam

We’ve used Acme for years with no issues with our AC. Finally had a little trouble this summer. It took them several times coming out to get it right, but they were always friendly and thorough. Everything—AC and heater—is working correctly now.

ACME technicians are always professional and
honest in their assessment of repairs for my equipment. I appreciate their candor and advice which helps me know I am doing the right thing when it comes to big decisions for my HVAC systems.
