I was able to make an appointment within a couple days. Jody came out and gave a very through & honest inspection of our situation & our A/C unit - it wasn’t cooling as we wanted. He gave a very knowledgeable explanation, suggestions & advice. My husband & I appreciated Jody’s courteous & friendly manner, he even replaced our filter - something you don’t always get these days. Would definitely recommend..

Well, it only took me 10 years, but - hallelujah - I've finally found a great HVAC company in which I have confidence and on which I now rely for fast, professional and courteous service - TA DA - Acme Air Conditioning & Heating in Longview, Texas. I’ve come to count on the office staff to always ’answer with a smile’ and have scheduled convenient appointments for me so far. A bit over a week and a half ago, Paul (Cracker Jack ACME Technician), visited my home to conduct the spring checkup. He arrived right on time. I was impressed with his friendly demeanor and willing ability to answer all questions regarding my HVAC system. His respect for my home wasn't lost on me as I noticed him slip on covers for his shoes each time he came in from my yard. It was only one example of his thoroughly considerate and efficient visit. I'm a fan. Congratulations, ACME, for hiring such a positive representative as Paul. Make a note, folks: give ACME a try. (This may sound like a commercial, but the pitch simply derives from a very satisfied customer.)

ACME sent Jody White…”and the Hits Keep on Coming!”

A couple of years ago, thanks to the benefit of serendipity, I discovered and engaged the services of ACME AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING in Longview, TX. My first experience with this outstanding company was the first of two annual seasonal residential checkups (for which I continue to contract with ACME.) Long, long ago, way back in the year 2022, I was so much younger and spry, yet shrewd enough to be impressed with ACME ‘from soup to nuts.’ So, I memorialized their first visit by way of a glowing review, for which they were - and continue to be - deserving. Fast forward to yesterday (6/1/23) the moment my doorbell sounded. The ACME truck had arrived. Once again, precisely on time. The affable ACME technician, Jody White, introduced himself and ‘hit the floor running.’ He got to work straightaway, and yet managed to offer up interesting conversation and question-answering all the while. He inspired confidence from the get go. I thought to myself, ‘he’s done this before a time or two.’ A time or two be dashed. I would later learn this U.S Army veteran had more than a decade’s experience as a skilled HVAC Tech. My air conditioner was in good hands. Hooray! Now do your worst, East Texas Summer Heat. Jody was thorough and attentive not only to my HVAC work, but also to my home, never overlooking to remove his shoes each time he came from outside (though I told him it was not necessary.) He wouldn’t hear of it. When the maintenance was complete, I walked with Jody to his truck and thanked him for the splendid work and pleasant visit. I asked him please offer my regards to Amber and Brittany (the staff with whom I speak when calling the ACME office.) They’ve proven to be ever cheerful and helpful over the past couple of years. The final exchange Jody and I had was when I asked about his family, his children. He grinned and said he had one youngster and terrific wife. He then added, his current family population of 3 was in an imminent state of upgrading to 4. He and his wife were expecting a baby daughter. I congratulated him and asked when’s the happy event? He took a second and then looked at his watch. ‘I’m expecting a call any minute now.’ So, there you have it, folks. ACME. A very good company with outstanding employees, like Jody White. Jody White who left my home better than before he arrived on June 1, 2023. He also left me with a ‘cliffhanger’ regarding an upcoming blessed event in his family’s life. Congratulations once again, Jody.
