Acme Air Conditioning & Heating

Great experience. Showed up in about a hour from when I called. Sunday evening! Tech diagnosed our concern, explained thoroughly what had happened, and got it fixed within a hour. Super courteous and professional. We signed up to have them come out every 6 months to do a check, and look forward to working with them again.

Kris and Yoni came to do spring maintenance on our HVAC system today. They also reworked gas piping to bring us up to code to make our house safer and added a flow switch to our drain line. They were very professional, caring, and did a wonderful job taking care of all our requests. They are extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend ACME.

They have come out to our home 4 times and have never fixed the issue. They refused to do their job. And were very rude.

After another company had to come out because your technician refused to look at the unit to fix, it was discovered that our coils are rusted through, the unit had no Freon, and it has been this way for a while. If you all had done your job, and actually plugged in the switch after your second visit in November, then you would have discovered this. However y’all didn’t do that. I had to have yet another company come out. I have had $500 bills due to you all not doing your job. Your tech told me that he would only look at our system if I paid you all directly and didn’t go through the warranty company.

The ACME technician, Hernan, was quick, personable, and knowledgeable. He evaluated my heating and air conditioning system without putting me through a hard sell to replace (as some A/C outfits do). Was very satisfied with his work and I am seriously considering signing up for their service agreement.

Had these guys come out because our AC was acting up. He said our filter was dirty and our evaporator coils needed cleaning, which wasn't covered under warranty and it would cost around $1300!! Got a second opinion. Our capacitor was out and the new tech was here for around a hour and we saved close to $1000! Acme is a joke and will try to steal your money. DO NOT USE!

Acme air conditioning has the most honest reliable technicians you could expect to find. I have used them several times and have never been disappointed. They came out one time after hours when they could have waited until the next day. Keep up the good work.

My actual unit was popping the fuse in furnace and outside unit would not come on. I called and they were on time as scheduled. Nick was my repairman, very professional and polite. He explained how the AC operates as he was diagnosing problem. Also they have very reasonable prices. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Hernan came out to look at one of our units. He called my tenant, as requested, about 30 minutes before our appointment started. He did arrive early which was nice. He called to let me know the issue and told me what we needed to do. We have a home warranty currently and he knew exactly how our home warranty worked and what it covered which was impressive. Our lines were clogged and he told me the exact price it would be to clean the unit. He even told us that it was not currently and emergency and it did not necessarily have to be done ASAP. His honesty and knowledge was what made me more like to get the service done. He was the opposite of pushy but was ready to do the job as soon as I agreed. Outstanding experience and I know who I will be calling for any HVAC needs down the road. Highly recommend.

Paul at ACME was on time and very professional and friendly. I had a simple issue involving vents in my house dripping water and we assumed it may just be dirty filters but wanted to make sure. Paul still made sure to check the unit thoroughly to be sure there were no other issues. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Paul and ACME!
