Our technician was honest and informative. He gave us a quote for future repairs we need to make and was very forthcoming about what was a safety concern and what could be done later. Very knowledgeable service with absolutely no sales pressure; which is a major plus in my book!! We were also very pleased with the ease of access through the text messaging system to request an appointment! Definitely recommend!

Jody just left my house after doing my Fall maintenance. This was several months late due to us being out of town for months. It was very cold outside and getting colder in a couple of days. Jody was very nice and respectful, as always, and went about doing his job in my attic and outside at the unit. He was done in about 25 minutes. He got here earlier than expected and left earlier than expected, which was good for us since we had errands to run. Thank you Acme and Jody. Also thank you to Brittney for always getting someone to my house quickly everytime I call for service or maintenance.

They were able to get someone out the within a few hours to repair my ac that was blowing out warm air. Nathaniel did the repair, and he figured out what was wrong and had it fixed within minutes. He was also very friendly. Overall, great service, and I would definitely use them again.

From scheduling our appointment to the service we received, everyone was friendly and worked to make sure they took care of us. Chris, our service technician, was great! VERY polite and friendly. He took his time checking our air conditioner units both inside and outside. He replaced the filter and thoroughly cleaned our outdoor unit. We will always use ACME Air and highly recommend them to everyone.

UPDATE Used this company a second time with a different technician. I can’t praise him enough. Our AC unit went out and he came out after his shift technically ended and worked 2 and a half hours past quitting time to ensure my family and I had AC. Thank you Mr. Paul

My home warranty provider put me in contact with Acme to diagnose and repair my AC. They were extremely friendly, professional, and on-time. They quickly determined that my AC coil was leaking refrigerant and that it would need to be replaced. They contacted my warranty company for approval and within a week they were able to come back out and replace the coil. They would’ve been back sooner but I was out of town. Great company and will continue to use them beyond my home warranty term.

Paul did an awesome job fixing my AC that wasn’t working. He’s very knowledgeable and very professional! I will definitely be using Acme again!

Came out, let me know what was wrong with the system and where the leaks were located. Was on time, very polite, and kept me informed of what he was doing. Found and repaired 3 leaks the people I purchased the system from couldn’t find the first 4 years of having the system. Thank you.

After the first call, they were very quick in coming up with solution options and we were able to have a new system up and running without problems in no time. They came on time to appointments and were very easy to get in touch with throughout the process. They also took the time to explain the system to me and didn't seem rushed or annoyed with any questions I had.

We replaced our 12 year old unit with a new one. The two-man crew arrived on time and efficiently removed and replace both the old unit and the AC coils in the attic. They were professional, courteous and efficient. We have an annual service contract Acme and always get good honest service,
