Jody was punctual, knowledgeable and I was so GRATEFUL that he was able to get out to us by midday!! Our A/C went out last night and it’s a 100 degree week! After 6 months they provided a complimentary checkup. After a year they provide another complimentary checkup. This was the 6 month checkup. Everything check out okay. Paul cleaned the outside unit. Also attached another wire to the thermostat.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! We had 2 different techs come out to fix the heater on at the house Jody and Kris. They were two of the best service technicians I have ever worked and were exceptionally professional and courteous. From a pricing standpoint they were very fair and they completely stood by all the work they did for us on the heater. I am extremely happy with every aspect of their service.... even when I called into the office and spoke to other team members at the front desk I was the team members were very friendly and they did everything they could do to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you for all the help, support and for being a FAIR and HONEST company.
