Technician resolved leaking valve handle that was broken. Repaired the knob and when job completed made sure the area was clean. Very professional and I recommend this company for plumbing repairs.

Very pleased with the company.
Response was quick, shut off water to house as water heater leaking caused damage to floors and walls.
Returned after restoration company cleared area and installed new Hot Water Heater.
Excellent work, checked everything and made sure everything was to code.
Great company to work with.

Another plumbing problem an d C/W was called again.
They are the only plumbing company I will call as necessary.

Water leak with City and meter checked.
Again C/W ... I called, they came, both men were detailed and spent the time necessary to find the leak and take care of it.
This company is outstanding.
No rushing and careful while in the house. Really friendly and clearly answered my questions.
Professional and personal and I was very pleased before and very pleased again.
Fair and open pricing and no surprises.
I've had different homes since 1973. C/W is without question the finest company in all areas of plumbing that I have used. And have had to use again. And will continue to use and fully recommend!

Update..5/2023
Water heater electric leak control shut off unit...shut off the hot water. Couldn't get it back on.
C/W came same day and let me know he was on the way.
Sam came and immediately found what caused the situation.
He is great.
He relocated the control unit and fully explained the way it operates. He showed me what and how to monitor it.
The company is great to use. Responding immediately and with the expertise for the particular situation.
They are the ones I fully recommend.
You never know when something is going to happen.
It's impressive to see how they respond quickly and I feel comfortable with C/W being there help.

Water leak from faucets in bathtub.
Great response - same day as call with problem - licenced plumber Robert - came
and found problem.
Explained repair and replacement options.
Excellent and prompt response and service.
The Gold Plan membership is well worth the price.

I have been so very pleased with C&W Service Pro's that l
joined the Gold Plan for HVAC also.
A full inspection of A/C System before Summer and one for Heating System before Winter.
Santiago was the A/C Specialist who came. He has 15 years as Licensed HVAC specialist and he is excellent.
Inside everything opened to visually check and measurements taken for pressure testing requirements.
Both inside unit and outside condenser. He clearly explained and showed how everything works together with the blower motor, filter and heat exchanger for the highest efficiency.
As a Gold Member, priority on response to any problems and NO Service Charges on making the Service Call.
Great response when calling and very happy with work done on Both the HVAC and Plumbing of my house.
As to the A/C Maintenance service. Everything good and system is in correct pressure and capacity ratings. Some major plumbing workminor adjustments and all set for Summer.
Again, as Gold Member - NO Service Charges. And thanking me for being a customer and Gold Club Member.
My complete recommendation to use this company.

I've been a C&W Plumbing customer for years, and they always do a fantastic job. With this last effort, they changed out all of the water cutoff valves in my house and replaced them with more modern - and more reliable - versions. The work was done very quickly and professionally, and Rhett and James did a great job. I'm a huge supporter of C&W Plumbing and highly recommend them.

Zach has also fixed a recent problem I had with my kitchen faucet. It was an incredibly fast repair, and the faucet is working perfectly now. Well done Zach!
