Sam was absolutely amazing! Professional friendly knowledgeable and just an all around great person ! He did a great job explaining everything he did as well as showing us the photos of everything he found when he blew out the lines ! And all this was on an after hours call !

Employees are always super friendly and professional. Do a great job communicating with you so you know exactly what needs to happen, costs of repairs and also timing of repairs. Would highly recommend them for any type of plumbing repairs you may have or need.

WHAT A RIP OFF!!! $50 just to come out and quote a price. All I needed to be replaced was a fill valve in the toilet. The part only cost somewhere between $15 - $30 at Home Depot. CW Plumbing wanted $300! YES, THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS PLUS THE $50 travel fee! I use to put these in my self and it would take maybe 20 - 30 minutes. A very easy job but certainly not for $350!!!!

Based on the numerous positive reviews I took a chance on this company. Was verbally told multiple times that the pressure problem in my home would be fixed if they came back out with better equipment to find the valve. I reiterated my concerns for clarity to office staff and they assured me this was the correct measures to take. As I feared they did not find the valve for the agreed upon price and wanted me to pay much more to “maybe find the valve” and fix the problem. needless to say I’m not dropping more money to this company to “maybe” fix the issue. In addition, the plumber told me I needed a new garbage disposal quoted for $600. Verified later the disposal was only a year old and was working fine. Very poor communication from this company as a whole and a ton of pressure through multiple phone calls to book the work. No thank you! I’ll take my business elsewhere. Not interested in spending even more than their already expensive rates to not have the job done.

C&W answered our call quick and had someone out within an hour on a Saturday! Johannes was the most wonderful and professional technician. I will call C&W every time we need plumbing work done

Devan did a great job finding the leak and communicating the options I had. He was not pushy and worked with me to go with the best solution. Work was done in a very timely manner and cost was reasonable considering the amount of work that was done.

Robert was very professional and knowledgeable and got my leaky toilet fixed in a flash! He recommended the gold maintenance package but did not harass me about it. He explained the benefits of it and left me the information. Highly recommended company!
