1st day: He was very helpful. Pointed out that the toilet we bought had the wrong rough in. Said he would hold the invoice until we got the correct one then would come out and do the installation.
2nd day: he brought the new toilet in from the truck, took it out of the box to check for any breaks or missing parts. He installed it quickly and cleaned up. He was kind and friendly and very professional. Thank you for fast, excellent service.

I use these wonderful folks all the time! They are prompt, get the job done, and to our satisfaction. If there is ever an issue, they are back out immediately. Would highly recommend them anytime.

I have called about my electrical heater, I said the water is working like usual , it just doesn’t heat, they said we will come tomorrow and check it, the technicians showed up, he didn’t touch it, he told us that we needed to change the heater( I think he’s very sharp) , then he said he will give us the best price for $1,640. Then he charged me $49 for nothing, he did absolutely nothing, didn’t even open the cap. That’s fraud.
The next day I went to Home Depot, they said that it will cost me $800 installed , so I saved 50% , better yet went ( same day pluming ) showed up , which are Home Depot contractor , they said I had a burnt wire, so I went and bought a new wire and changed my thermostat for $13 so now I have saved $1,627 . Everyone should read this, I can’t thank (same-day pluming) enough.

Everyone at the business has always been so pleasant and kind. They are willing to take the time to explain things to you and go through your options. Customer service is top notch. I recommend them to everyone.

Highly recommend!!! Had an emergency plumbing issue they came out same day. Zach was professional and very skilled and addressed the issue. He did a great job, will definitely call them again.
