Great service with Michael. I got a quote from Berkey's and a quote from CW for the same job and CW was way more reasonable and honest about time to complete the job. We will only use CW from now on!!

I called them once for multiple jobs at my house. So, I wanted them to replace an outdoor faucet and repair a laundry box which was leaking. They repaired the outdoor spout in 5 mins and charged $280. They did not have parts for the laundry box and came back a few days later but could not repair (estimate was $350). They wanted to replace the laundry box at $850 (I told them that’s the price of a washing machine and rejected the repair but they still charged me for consultation fee $49. They should not charge $49 for each time they come if they had to order a part. Also, their prices are hyper inflated. I doubt if I will call on them again. UPDATE: I found a plumber that will replace the laundry box for $280. So. C&W were charging 3 times that. I knew they were HYPER INFLATED. Don’t be fooled by their pricing on the iPAD thing. It’s a scam. What an experience !! LOL - Live and Learn🤣🤣🤣🤣

Purchased annual Gold plan for $150 a day before Christmas when a pipe burst to reduce the service fee from $250 to $200. Total cost $350. Figured it would be a good deal once I got the quote from them for the re-build. They quoted me $2,300 so I called and asked for refund of Gold package and offered to pay the $50 we saved on service call. They refused to refund my money. The reason I wanted a refund is I was able to get the re-build done for $300! C&W was going to charge $2,000 more!

I have used this company in the past with better results but this was not a good experience. I had two outdoor fauctes that I was wanting to replace. The one in the backyard was the one that was actually leaking. The one in the front yard just had a stripped out handle. I chose to replace them both just to make sure the one in the front yard did not start leaking as well. Now the dissapointment. I went over pricing and agreed, and also understood that charges can vary if more work or more parts need to be used. The plumber that came out was nice but I was not pleased with the rest of the visit. He started with the front yard faucet (non leaky one) and after a while knocked on the door and asked me to come see the issue he was having. (Created) The faucet was behind a brick wall and he was having diffaculty getting it out. This is where he should have paused, reassess the issue and stopped. I went outside and found a mangled faucet and he told me that bricks needed to be removed and it would cost more. The cost is not the issue, the fact that he twisted a faucet and broke the copper tubing before letting me know to remove the brick was the issue. Now I have a broken pipe, still need to remove brick because he could not do it himself and I could not turn the water back on since he did not know how much more damage there was behind the wall now. I paid the consult fee and declined any other service. I removed the bricks myself and if he would have let me know beforehand I could have let him go to another job and remove 2 bricks so he could see the copper and replace it without twisting and damaging the pipe. Now I had to remove 4 bricks (for now) so the next plumber can locate the pipe that is now 5 inches shorter and bent at a 90 degree angle and broke off where it was forced twisted out. Sadly I could not get a plumber to come out until the next day, so I have no water, possibly a bigger issue than an old faucet with a bad handle, a leaking one and definitely a lot more work for the next guy. I hope that the pipe does not have anymore damage any lower but that I will find out tomorrow. I added all the details so people would not think I was just complaing. I hope the company addresses this and reminds their plumbers that if the job is supposed to be easy and it starts off difficult, PAUSE, REASSESS AND STOP! I would have been fine with him leaving and removing the brick for him. My family would still have water and I would not have bigger issues in the morning. I no longer have faith in C&W, aaying no hard feelings did not solve anything.

So experience started great and then the cracks started to show. Master bathroom toilet began leaking. We were told it needed to be replaced so we did so. Months later Toilet is still leaking, and they blame it on a our shower with a huge estimate to fix. Fast forward a few more months and the leak is even bigger and not because of the shower but because of their own handy work. Today - not even a year old toilet still leaks. Problem was never fixed to begin with and they want to bill us more money.
They have now ghosted us since sending the estimate with no responses. Heck of a way to treat loyal repeat customers.
