I called Cold Factor because I needed a 3rd party to evaluate my outside compressor. Corey arrived within minutes of my call, diagnosed the problem immediately and provided expert advice so that I was able to resolve the AC problem with the Landlord. What a great way to treat a potential customer! They have certainly earned my business!

responsive is a 10. Found problem misdiagnosed by other good HVAC service. Repaired same day. Saved several hundred if not thousands of dollars. Timely in all areas including communication, follow-up emails, etc.

I contacted Cold Factor about an emergency problem with my A/C during the summer. I received immediate attention over the phone and the technician (owner) came out that same day to get my system up and working. The technician was courteous and respectful. From the time I first spoke to Jessica in the office to help set up an appointment with a service tech,which turned out to be Sean, everything was handled promptly and courteously. My experience has been first rate and I would recommend Cold Factor if you are in need of A/C or heating service.

Cory has been our A/C guy (if you live in Texas and you don't have an A/C guy...get one and make it Cory ) since day one. Six years and 6 brutal summers Cory has rescued us more times than I can count (literally). Our units are old and Cory's managed to get more life out of them than reasonable and when necessary replace them. His company is reliable, professional and fast. The fact that Cory is the nicest person ever is a bonus.

Communication is key to good service. Called ColdFactor and phone was answered immediately. Technician Jay was scheduled for 830am next morning. Jay was on time, very informative, helpful and understanding. I appreciated his willingness to teach. Jay assessed the problem and was back the next morning to install blower motor. We had uneven heat distribution between our first and second story, so much so that we pretty much had to wear shorts upstairs and a jacket downstairs. Jay came over and installed some dampers which helped to alleviate the difference.

Really Fast. I feel like we have a friend in the AC business. Jessica has been great about getting fit in st the last minute and Bobby did a great job fixing us up. Got these guys saved to my phone
