were awesome and very fair priced. I was not only impressed by
Cory's knowledge but also his ability to explain it in a way so the
average person could understand. Very honest company with honest
people. I'm incredibly thankful I was told about Cold Factor.

This place is AMAZING. Extremely helpful and friendly. Jessica was so great to work with on setting up a technician to come out and help me out with my AC. The technician Cory and Aaron did a FANTASTIC job on fixing the issues I had. So quick and efficient. I have dealt with many other companies and I was very happy to work with them all.

Just before we moved from Texas, Cory popped over to take care of a couple minor issues the inspector thought needed addressing. Cory was quick, had several ideas on how to best meet our needs and was very reasonable. He had quite a working knowledge of the system and we were impressed! Figures, here we were moving out of state and finally found a great AC company! Highly recommend!

My heater wasn’t working well during the winter storm of Feb 2021. I called on a Saturday morning and they prioritized me due to the risk of being without heat. They were communicative throughout the process, reasonably priced, and took time to explain what the issue was and the options to resolve. I would call them again if ever needed.

We just had some work done on our heating system by Cold Factor. We worked with Jay and I have only good things to say about him. He was professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. He arrived on time, took photos of what was wrong and emailed all details with the estimate. The repairs were scheduled and completed in 3 days. I also love how this company communicates every single detail electronically and they're fair priced. If this is the standard they' re going to maintain, we're looking to build a long term relationship for our heating/cooling repair needs and tune ups.

Cory Huffman, owner of Cold Factor, installed our HVAC unit in 2012. His pricing and quality of work were outstanding. I have never had any problems with the equipment. Cory is an honest man who takes pride in his workmanship and his company. I feel very fortunate to have Cold Factor as my HVAC company. I have an annual service agreement with Cold Factor so they maintain our equipment with spring and fall service calls. Today, Jay, the service technician performed our fall service tune up. Jay was polite, professional and explained what he was doing on the unit. I was very pleased with his work. I highly recommend Cold Factor for any HVAC service or equipment installation that you may need. They are outstanding!

Shawn, the technician from Cold Factor HVAC Services LLC, was on time....very professional and very friendly. Performed his work as I observed him and was kind to explain what he was doing. One of the nicest technicians I have ever had experience with. My AC unit is kaputz and He was able to provide me with a few different quotes for options I have available to me. Time to sit down and crunch some numbers and decide what to do. Excellent Service. Highly recommend this company!

Cold Factor did an amazing job! They custom designed a high production exhaust system for all of our equipment. This has increased our overall production and created a very comfortable working environment for our employees. The system looks great and functions perfect. Thanks Again.

Cold Factor came after hours and correctly diagnosed a problem with our unit that a prior AC tech completely missed. He charged a reasonable rate and went above and beyond to check there weren't other issues going on. Unlike the other company's tech, he came prepared with the equipment to get the job done right.

Jessica is a delight to work with. She is always on top of any situation. Cory & his crews are the best. They are very thorough and detailed. They make sure everything is working perfectly before they depart. No one except Cold Factor will be working on my HVAC system.
