The technicians can't seem to fix things the first time they come out to your house. Not really a problem if you don't mind a sweatbox, or an icebox for a house, after they "fix" your system the first time. They are more than happy to send someone out to re-"fix" it a second time, of course it's at their leisure, and it's not really important that you are freezing and have kids. UPDATE: they waited so late to send another guy out, that they can't get the parts to fix the heater until tommorrow. Keep in mind, the original repairman was at our house at 11 am, and the parts they need were supposedly "fixed" the first time. I guess they were too busy doing shoddy work on other people's houses to be bothered to come out and finish up this shoddy job. Also, we were told that "somebody should get a hold of us tomorrow, but we don't know when. Have a nice night". I would recommend this company only to people I despise.

I would highly recommend staying away from this company my AC unit was not working I had them come out And they diagnosed that they need a new capacitor they charge me over $300 to install a new capacitor not 4 days later my AC unit is not working again which they charge me another $200+ to come out and tell me a fuse blew and then again I had the same problem five days later now they’re saying I need a new contactor now I can’t trust what they say because of course nothing is their fault I have to pay another company to come out and check their work the owner Nick called me and was very unprofessional without even looking at the problem claims it’s not their fault there’s no way what they did could’ve done anything he was more worried about me paying for their last visit then fixing the problem very shady company
