Great customer service and pricing on repairs. They have financing for new system replacement and ductwork too.

The owners really care and did the right thing for me. I asked a pregious company to cone and check out my unit and they said I needed a new unit. I called Cool Atmosphere and they said they could fix it and they did! I didn't have to replace my unit and my ac is working just fine now.

A horrific experience. Some background first.

My wife and I purchased a home in Leander, TX. We don't move in until the end of June, and we currently live in Marble Falls, nearly an hour away. We have to work around our work schedules to be at the new home in order to allow for a tech to come in.

Scheduled to have a tech come out to service our HVAC system (the inspection report turned up some minor repairs on the HVAC system). Initially given a 2-4pm window. Called office at 4:15pm, just to make sure that the tech was coming. Call went to their answering service, they took my info and said I would get a call right back. Got a call back 20 minutes later, and Christy told me that the tech was stuck in traffic, but on his way. Waited an hour, until 5:35pm, to call them back. Went through leaving my info with the answering service again, only this time I did not get a call back. Called them again, at 6:20pm. Was promised that I would get a call back within 5-10 minutes. A tech called at 6:30pm, saying that he was 30 minutes out. When he first answered the phone, I heard what sounded like (but cannot be certain) children laughing in the background. So either I was initially lied to about a tech being on their way, or they tried to dispatch a different tech out to me. At that point I told the tech don't bother, as I needed to get back to Marble Falls.

This was over a week ago. This company hasn't even tried to contact me to apologize about this. Extremely unprofessional.

I relocated from New York City to Downtown Austin and during the middle of renovations, my contractor discovered my neighbors AC unit was leaking into my condo. This would have damaged my new concrete stain and it was a Friday afternoon. I called Christy at Cool Atmosphere and she immediately changed around her teams's schedule to help both myself and my neighbor. Rick arrived quickly after I talked to Christy and notified me enroute of his ETA. Rick was friendly and knowledgeable about the AC units. He even told me where to find filters at a discounted cost and showed me some preventative tips to keep my system running smoothly. Rick also fixed some problem that I did not understand, but the builder took some shortcuts and he brought it up to code. I decided to go with their preventative service so they can come back in the winter for the heating system. I highly recommend Cool Atmosphere and their friendly customer service.
