Cool Atmosphere Heating and Air

Cool Atmosphere has been great. When my heat went out on a Sunday they were quick to come out and get it running for me and at a very reasonable cost! They did such a great job that when I needed to get a new system, I had not reservations in having them install it! I would highly recommend them.

Great service, they are the HVAC experts.

We had a capacitor put in last Saturday on our central a/c unit (2.5 ton). It cost us a total of $456 which seems excessive, after looking online and hearing from neighbors who had their capacitors replaced. Other than that technician was very friendly. Work took 10 minutes.

He did not hurry and explained every step of the process for our unit’s maintenance check.
He even picked up a filter for my air conditioner.
He showed me the old filter and told me it was good that I was changing it now.
He was very detailed and used his phone app to check my systems settings for maximum performance.
He was honest, competitively priced, and did not try to up sell me.
He reassured me that my unit though purchased in 2005 was performing at the highest level
I asked him to return to check and prepare my equipment for the winter months

I've grown tired of dealing with large AC companies who seem to think I work for them, and I have to work around their schedule. Cool Atmosphere is a great company, and Nick impressed me with his thorough work. I called when I knew I had a problem with my system but was so impressed with their service, I signed a maintenance contract with them the same day.

Junior was kind, helpful, gave detailed information, and was thorough.

I can't tell you how impressed I was with the level of service and the professionalism Nick has for his customers. Through his assistance we kept our first unit running for 18 years and when it was time to replace, Nick provide guidance on the replacement unit. If you want a company that responds and put the customer first, then it's Cool Atmosphere.

Excellent customer service!!! They are extremely fast to come over for service calls. When it finally came time to buy a new AC unit, they were able to work with me and had it installed very quickly. I have been very happy being their customer and will continue to use them!!

My A/C broke a couple of days before the hottest day of the year was supposed to hit while I had a mother-in-law and baby in the house. Cool Atmosphere came to give me their thoughts the same day. Unfortunately , I have a unit which is hard to get parts for. Cool Atmosphere, knowing I was in a bind, tracked the part down in Houston and had it next day shipped. They had my unit repaired the day after... ...before the heat wave. The estimate price was fair and with no hidden charges. When all was said and done, the repair was actually cheaper than the estimate. I am not saying that would happen for everyone but it speaks to Cool Atmosphere's honesty and integrity. I would recommend them to anyone who needs and A/C repair.
