Dale is a true professional. He took time to diagnose our issues and provide the best options to address the problem. D&D was not satisfied with just getting the job but providing expert advice.

The tech who came out was excellent. He definitely went above and beyond. Got the job done and was very informative. My wife and I were pleased and we even tried to tip him but unfortunately he wouldnt accept. Definitely deserved it and we recommend.

We just want to thank the crew and owner, Dale Beene at D&D Climate Control for replacing our HVAC system in our home. The service was exceptional and I appreciated the “no questions are stupid” attitude we received from everyone, even when asked multiple times. We knew our unit needed to be replaced but just didn’t want to bite the bullet. However, Dale was able to help us and make it as painless as possible. Everyone was professional and worked tirelessly until our new system was up and running. And, I will say, it is the best money we have spent, and know that the old saying “you get what you pay for “ holds true meaning. If you need AC service, don’t hesitate to call D&D Climate Control! I called to get my A/C checked out in our new home. They came out within two hours of being called! Morgan and his partner were very nice and knowledgeable. Morgan explained everything to me. We will be using D&D again!

This is the second time I have dealt with D & D Climate Control. The first time I had them out to correct a wiring issue that a previous company screwed up. This past weekend they replaced the condenser coil which was still under warranty. They diagnosed the problem on Friday afternoon and were able to be back Saturday morning with the coil. Extremely satisfied

D & D Climate Control was great! Our unit was repaired & working within just a few hours of our call. Very satisfied & will be sticking with them for future needs.

I want to say I have this company a try just going on reviews alone . They had great reviews so I took a chance. I am so glad I did ! Maryjane was nice and helpful when I called to set up service for regular maintenance. I told her my concerns and she listened and helped answer my questions . When I did ask her a question regarding something she didn't really know alot about she didn't try and make me feel better by giving me some stock answer she asked me to hd and let me know she was passing me over to someone who knew more about my question . I was happy to see someone who isn't afraid to say hey I'm not sure let me get someone who knows . Dale was polite kind and helpful . They even send a picture of the tech that will be coming out so there's no doubt who he is and I could feel safe ! Amazing ! Morgan was my tech he was kind nice and on time . He k ew his stuff and even explained as he was going kept in contact with his boss on progress and was even able to let my husband and myself know about possible further service options . Even tho it's my first time using this company it makes the difference to tAke a chance . I will be using them and also going to be talking to them about further Ac work we would like. Done . Now days it's hard to trust and feel like you won't get ripped off but I felt comfortable from the start . Give them a try and remember reviews help so leave one it helped me decide and I'm glad I did 😊

I called this company late one evening and they sent a repairman the next day. The job was completed the same day! The dispatcher and repairman were both very courteous and professional!! I highly recommend D & D Climate Control!

During the February 2021 winter storm and it aftermath, on the last day of freezing temperatures my Igniter went out. D&D squeezed me into there already busy schedule and even had a universal part in stocks. Great wonderful people, highly recommended.

Fantastic to work with, on time, polite and professional. They sent me a text of the picture of the two technicians that would be coming into my home to ensure my safety. I could not have been more impressed with the quality and level of service we received.
