D & D Climate Control

I use D&D climate control for my home as well as for the church that I Pastor. They do quality work at a fair and reasonable price. Dale and his team are very thorough and meticulous. They do things right the first time! I highly recommend D&D Climate control!

Our AC went out last week and I was really worried during this pandemic that I wouldn’t get a fair deal. What I can tell you is that D&D did an amazing job and at a great price. Dale took excellent care of us and didn’t do any unnecessary work. His honesty and kindness are why I will only use D&D going forward. They are awesome! Thank y’all so much.

They replaced a leaking evaporator coil. I was very pleased with the quality of work, and everyone i have dealt with have been pleasant and the cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them.

We had a problem at our rental property in deer park- No AC!!! Renter was calling and needed it fixed fast- I had heard that the owners of D&D were very honest so I called them. They were SO professional and nice- they literally took it from there- so easy. They called my renter and scheduled for next day and took care of the problem- simple capacitor change out and super easy billing/invoicing set up. In today’s world it’s hard to find honest contractors that serve their customer so well - I’ll definitely use D&as climate control again

The guys from D&D showed up on time and did a complete HVAC replacement including all new ducts in a single day. They laid out drop clothes to contain debris from removing the old system prior to starting work. They did a great job and cleaned up the work area before they left. Dale came in and ran through the new thermostat with us and helped getting it setup. He also checked out the system for proper Freon charge and correct air flow and distribution. Very satisfied customer. The office did a great job of updating us on equipment delivery and appointment schedule as well. I don’t normally leave reviews unless it’s really bad service but in this case it was exceptional so felt this review was warranted. Great job by the D&D HVAC team.

They fixed our AC that wouldn’t cool for 2 days. Thank you Diego & Tony. Unexpected expenses are already a pain but they were reasonable on price and finished the job in a couple hours.

Called them because of the reviews. I was in need of an ac check and I wanted our heating system ready for winter. I was fortunate to have a technician come out within a few hours! His name is Diago so sweet! Marijane was very kind and kept me informed of arrival and who it was that would be servicing our equipment. I signed up for the service plan which I thought to be a fair price and will see them again in the spring. Definitely would recommend. I gave a four star because I believe everything has room for improvement no matter who or what it is.

Dale is just wonderful. He puts quality above all else and has the knowledge to explain the why behind his thoughts. Totally cares about installing the correct system versus just selling you something and walking away. I encourage you to call D and D and listen to what they say!
