Absolutely fantastic service from the responsive office personnel, who scheduled our appointment and followed up. To the technician that showed up, on time, was patient and professional from beginning to end of the service call. This is the second time we have used D&D (first time was a summer check up...btw also superb service) this one was for storm issues. Great job D&D.

I needed an emergency repair to my AC system so I called D&D Climate Control . Diego from D&D was here within the hour, very professional and almost immediately diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the system was frozen solid and as it was late in the evening he had to wait until the next morning after it thawed to make the repairs. Punctually the next morning I get a text that he is on the way. Diego made the repairs was very meticulous going over the invoice explaining everything he did and the associated charges. The charges were reasonable for the amount of time and work done so I was very satisfied. Thanks D&D for doing a great job, I would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or a new system.

Dale and his team did an excellent job stepping me through the issues with my unit and then gave me options for me to choose when it came to repair or replace. There was no pressure to make a big ticket sale and he was patient in assuring I was fully informed. In the end, when I decided to replace, his team did a courteous and professional job. The best part is that he was very competitive on the American Standard brand and beat out other quotes I had received.
I was new to the League City area and asked my A/C guy in Brazoria county who I should call. He recommended D&D and I have no regrets! He has my business for any future needs!
