Dale came out, looked at old AC and had new AC and furnace in 2 days. Absolute great response time, all employees were in uniform, they left absolutely no mess anywhere. All installed in less than 4 hours. Plus Dale has been by twice to make sure AC working correctly and we k ow how to operate the thermostat correctly. We have used D&D for many years. They are always prompt and professional. They recently installed a Air scrubber. We have four dogs and although we try to keep everything vacuumed and cleaned our house always still smelled like dogs. But with this new air scrubber it is so much better and the house smells so much fresher. It’s absolutely amazing. It gets rid of bacteria and germs. I am so glad that Dale recommended it. It’s definitely been worth the money. And it did not take very long to be installed.
