Great maintenance service getting my two A/C’s ready for the hot Texas summer. Very knowledgeable and honest with no unnecessary cost. Also, installed a recessed dryer vent box with new hard pipe dryer duct through the attic and roof which has cut my drying time in half.

My AC cratered early in the evening and I contacted them online about 9:00 p.m. I got a text back in a few minutes saying they would call me next morning to schedule. Just after 7:30 a.m. I got a call and the maintenance techs were here just after 9:00 and done by 10:30. It was a blown capacitor on the condenser, and he indicated that he thought the high voltage contactor also had been damaged by lightning although it was still working. He gave me a price for both which was about half of what I figured so I told him to go ahead and fix both. For free he threw in a compressor saver...a better soft starter. My system was 12 years old but he did not try to sell me a new one...instead told me that I should get another 5-7 years out of it. After he got it working, he checked pressures and temps and pronounced everything good...blowing out 61° air. All this to say that I highly recommend them for your AC needs.

WOW, What a great experience it was to have Tony from D&D in our home today for our routine AC maintenance. He was professional, experienced and thorough, as well a communicating all of his findings clearly. Got to say, D&D’s customer service is always top of the line!
