Enjoyed the technician Diego he was very knowledgeable unfortunately the problem was on the builders who built my home. I would use this company for any future work I would do.

I have zero complaints for this company. Very nice people that respond timely and politely. They are what I wish every company could be like. Props to Dale and Tony.

The technicians were prompt, courteous and repaired the equipment in quick and reasonable fashion. I would recommend D & D climate control with an excellent rating.

The technician performed a system check on our heat pump systems. He found they were okay. He did find a minor issue which was contributing to increased noise and resolved it.

They replaced the condenser. This is the 4th one in 6 years. D & D figured out the problem causing the failure and are in the process of coming up with the solution. They will be my a/c company from now on!

From start to finish the Owners, personnel, and Product far and away exceeded our expectations!
We were told all along the way what would be done and why. The attention to quality and detail was the best I’ve witnessed, true craftsmanship.

UPDATE!
We recently had a sensor fail, something that almost never happens, on a Saturday no less!
The owners and their service tech Diego worked until we were up and running again, even getting a store manager to open up for the part. I can’t praise them enough, the best company We’ve ever dealt with.

Next update, I’ve just had the fall maintenance service, I continue to be impressed with this company, can’t say enough good things about them, I highly recommend this company!

Tony, my technician, was super polite and helpful. He even fixed a small problem that didn't have too do with the job. Great company

I have used D&D Climate Control for the last 16 years and I will not go anywhere else. They have always been available, responsive and professional when I use them.

I am so glad I called Dale. It was time to totally replace my system after a very poor experience a few years ago. Dale took the time to really explain the issues and how to address them. His team was great and after a 12 hour day the job was done. Dale was the first here and the last to leave. And now I’m sitting in my very comfy house, with a super quiet AC. One made in Texas BTW! I couldn’t be happier. Dale says everyone is unique and has their own wants and needs. It’s his job to listen and deliver. He did!!! Update. 2023. Service has been amazing. I’ve signed up for the annual contract and they earn it. They are here at least two hours and the techs are great. Chris can today and still couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.
