Perfect Air

All the services from Perfect Air was GREAT! They responded very quick to all my problems with my ac system. Brad finally convinced me to replace my old ac duck work, and so glad we did!! The men did a very professional job and now my house is cooler and quieter! I would recommend these guys to everyone! The owner ( Brad Davis) even came out any checked out all of the installations !! GREAT JOB!!!!

Perfect Air is a great business. My unit went out, and they had it repaired and running in 24 hours. The office and scheduling staff are wonderful, and they understand that in South East Texas, we need AC in June. Jaythan came to my home and was personable and professional. I got the Bronze service package, and I am looking forward to a continued professional relationship with this company.

We purchased a weekend home with the knowledge the AC unit was old and would need servicing soon. It was during the weekend with the extreme heat wave that the system locked up. I called Perfect Air on a Sunday morning, hoping to leave a message for service on Monday but they returned my call within 3 minutes and scheduled an appointment with tech to arrive within a couple of hours. The owner's son showed up 15 minutes early than schedule time and started analyzing the problem which he fixed quickly to get us back cooling on a 99 degree day. This young man was raised right, handshake and Yes/No sir manners. Since the unit was 24 years old, I wasn't going to nickel and dime this unit in the future and decision was made to replace the whole system. He gave me a quote on two different brands, I took the Amana system. Monday morning Perfect Air called and scheduled installation for Tuesday. The installation crew did an excellent job under the extreme heat in the attic and outside. I highly recommend Perfect Air in Kountze.

After being stood up by the AC company that installed my AC unit I called Perfect air to help out in a pinch. The technician went above and beyond to show me what was going on with it, how to fix, what a good part looked like. He showed me the voltmeter, which showed low voltage for the capacitor before he suggested I replace it. Impressed. They gained a customer.

They were super fast; showed up the same day as I called. Which is excellent because I had a newborn at home and it was summertime. The gentleman who showed up was very professional, quick in-service, and an excellent job.

I highly recommend this company. This was the second company I called for this one issue. Jothan was knowledgeable and got the issue fixed in an hour. I also had a part to order and they got it installed within the time frame they originally gave. Everything went smooth and as planned.

UPDATE: These people are great, we had some issues with our thermostat and they kept coming out until we hope the problem is solved. Not really sure what is the problem but so far it seems to have been fixed. We really appreciate Waylin that came out and really made an effort to find our problem. Sure want to thank the crew that kept returning till we hope it is fixed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. This is an additional to my last review. 04/07/2023 - We eventually replaced our AC system. Perfect Air was awesome, the system they installed was Awesome. We had a Daikin system installed and are we glad we did. Our very first month dropped our electric bill $64.33 and that was not even an entire Month. This system we can’t even hear come on!!!! The outside unit you don’t hardly even know it’s running unless you are standing right next to it. We did have an issue with the system draining but that was due to our drain pipe had not been installed correctly. That was the fault of the prior owners remodel job mistake. Lance and the rest of the team worked until they located and corrected the problem. We would give them 10 stars if there were such a thing. Great Company to work with. Brad the owner and his groups are real Champs.

Very professional and knowledgeable. On time and very respectful. I only use Perfect Air and would recommend their work to everyone.
