Yesterday, Nick came out promptly and serviced our unit. This is our second time to have him be our serviceman. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. Both times we were incredibly pleased with his work.
This may have been his second time, but it definitely wasn’t our second time to use Dodd Air Conditioning. We have chosen Dodd since I was a child and Mr Jerry Dodd was still with us. Fantastic service then, fantastic service now.

Both times I have had AC problems I have called Dodd Air & the SAME day they always send someone out. Joe has been to our home two times now & is always on time, very nice & polite !! He gets the job done fast and is always very helpful and informative. We will always be using Dodd Air for all our AC problems!

This is my second experience utilizing Dodd Air Conditioning and they delivered outstanding services on both occasions. Extremely prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Joe was the technician assigned to repair the A/C system and did a great job. I definitely recommend Dodd Air Conditioning.

I've been with these folks for several years and am never disappointed. The technicians are always prompt and courteous and do a thorough job. They keep my units in great shape with the Spring/Fall service and they are responsive to any issues I have. I highly recommend Dodd Air Conditioning!

Our A/C went out Sat afternoon and called our regular company and left 5 msgs with answering service and was told they would page tech. Never got a call back.So this am my husband call Dodd and they said the tech would be by 4. Nick showed up at 4 and got us fixed up. Great job Nick we will be getting your yearly check up. Thanks again and we will be giving you referrals.

We have a rental property and have been extremely happy with professional services from Dodd air condition. Them being our service provider has kept us worry-free since the inception of our engagement. I have received true and honest guidance from them, even if it impacts their revenue. They have an eye for continuous improvement of their business processes and always are looking for ways to serve their customers. Especially when they schedule a technician visit, we receive a text message and email with a picture of their team member. We love everything about them and highly recommend their services. Every time we have called them, we have received prompt and friendly responses.

I switched to Dodd AC for service and yesterday I had my main AC unit replaced inside and out. From the owner Randy who provided the quote, the service tech, and the install team, they were all very professional and knowledgeable. I feel confident that they will stand behind their company and their product. There’s no comparison to the competition that came out. While they might be a bit more expensive, the price for peace of mind is more than worth it. I highly recommend Randy and his team.

I've had several experiences with this company, and they are wonderful! Nick and Tristan are terrific. Going above and beyond, always courteous, and friendly. Hardest workers I've seen in a long time! Pricing is great too. Won't use any other company for my air and heating needs. Thank you guys!

We had another air company come “fix” our unit mid May. On Memorial Day, my AC unit messed up. I have 3 little ones and my house was getting hot in the Texas heat! I called the company who originally fixed it, he wouldn’t come back out to look at it. I begged him. Still nothing. I called Dodd’s air conditioning and they came out the same day I called! They sent their technician, Cody. He was very informative and quickly diagnosed the issue. He fixed my AC and went over and beyond to clean it so it would have a better performance and cool quicker. I am so impressed with this company and Cody! Their email system is also superb. They sent out an appointment email, an email when it was almost time, and even included a pic of Cody so I would know who to look for. If you need AC work, do NOT hesitate to call Dodd’s air conditioning. I’m sure all of their technicians are great, but I would ask for Cody :)

I called them as a first time customer because my air conditioner was not working. They were able to come the same day and got my air working. They were professional, accommodating, and very reasonably priced! I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family!!
