American Air Systems, Inc. - Lumberton

This is a review of the plumbing side of the business. I was visiting family in Beaumont, and wouldn't you know, the plumbing backed up late in the evening on a Friday. I called several places, but the best I could find was someone who would come out for $210.00, which was the cost of coming out--any work would be additional. Then I stumbled onto Lyons Plumbing which ended me up at Americain Air. I found Louann and Justin Lyons, who now do the plumbing side of the business for American. What occurred was that even though it was late Friday now and they had other responsibilities they had to attend to, I was in communication via text with someone who cares about customers and potential customers. Long story short, I ended up being walked through what the problem could be, followed the directions, and the problem got fixed--At No Cost To Myself. I consider this above and beyond the expected and surmise from this experience that these are hard-working, honest people who deserve support. I recommend them to anyone in the area.
