This company has been to my house 3 times in the last few months 2/19 5/7. 7/7 And never fixed the drain pan problem the last guy had to stay on the phone with someone to fix another issue and here I am again 9/18 water pouring in my kitchen ceiling. Needless to say I called someone else.

Excellent fast service on a regular semi-annual contract for reasonable prices. Never had any trouble with them over six years service and they are quick when something goes wrong on a weekend. Recommend them.

Brad was awesome! He went out of his way and worked with us to get a new system installed.

this is my first time using them, and i couldnt be more happier with them!!!!! first thing i noticed was THE BOSS ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! very rare, and he didnt brush me off for asking questions!!!!! Dustin was my tech, all around good guy. i could tell he was telling the truth by his body language and the tone of his voice.... i pay close attention to those kinds of things,and the boss sounded that way to!!!! COMPARED TO MY OLD COMPANY????? THESE GUYS WIN HANDS DOWN!!!!! ALL MY FUTURE BIZ. FOR A/C & HEATING WILL BE WITH THEM!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE FAST SERVICE!!! i called them only that morn. and they were here by noon!!!!!!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never has any convenient time to come out. Will not work with a customer that has a normal job with normal hours. I'm a teacher and I can't drop everything and leave, but I do get off earlier than most. Had to live in my house for 4 very hot days with no ac because they couldn't come out until then. My windows are sealed shut so there was no relief from the humid, stale, hot air. Did not fix my ac properly. Lies about what is covered on ahs warranty. Do not use this company! They are terrible!

After the issues that I had Perfect Air rectified the situation. Their response was polite and courteous. They rectified my issues with tact and compassion.
