Perfect Air has Perfect Service. Very satisfied with the service that I received. Very prompt and called to let me know time of arrival expected. Explained what was needed and answered all questions that I had. Provided information about available warranty and warranty of the part that was needed. Also provided information if a new unit was needed, in the future, and the types that would best be suitable for our home. Definitely recommend Perfect Air. Waylon Levins was the tech that came to our home and he gets 5 stars from ME!

Fast and Friendly Service all the time!

Our AC unit was not cooling after we returned home one evening. I left a note on the website and received a call very quickly. We set an appointment and Waylon came out and got us cooling again in less than 1 hr. !! Waylon also found that our coil needed cleaning and Mr. Lance and Mr Bryce came out and got that all cleaned and sanitized for us very quickly and professionally. I recommend Perfect Air of my home town, Kountze TX ! They will do it right professionally the first time !
