Amazing Company! We had an issue with our AC unit outside. Its June and so hot we thought we were going to have to replace the whole unit. We called Campbell and they were amazing and prompt to helping us. They are definately in it for their customers and not for the money. I highly reccomend this company to anyone. Thank You again Campbell!

Kenny was are tech. He was very nice and respectable. He had to come out twice(2nd time was free) for the same issue. Ended up we needed a new drum for our dryer. He answered all of our questions. Will call again if anything goes wrong.

This is not thr first time I have had him out to my house for separate issues. Kenny is very courteous, professional, and knows what he's talking about. Give this guy a raise.

A tech came to my home and stated my ENTIRE UNIT was "fried" and needed to be replaced. He stated it was installed improperly. The cost? $4,000. I had Killeen heating and air come for a second opinion after I realized something didn't feal right.. And the problem was a breaker inside the unit. My AC was up and running that night for $175. This company is a scam. How could you prey on a woman who's husband is deployed and is home alone with her infant?? Disgusting.

The most amazing service I have ever received. AC issues on a very hot day, and they were here in less than two hours. Thomas did an amazing job, and at the best rate I have ever received.

Has had my washer for over a year and will not communicate with me. This is not very professional. When I call it is a game of let me look that up and the technician is in reachable we will call you back. 29 messages left no calls returned.

Great experience. Kenny is 100% accurate on his repairs for both my Fridge and Dryer. I will never call a different company when having issues with my appliances!

Owner told me service charge $85.00 but she is lie and she charge almost $100.00. Also repair cost more expensive then other company. I didn't repair that company and i'll never call again.

Horrible experience! I do not recommend this place.
I was having issues with my washing machine and called this company to come out to look at it. I knew it was something minor, and I was told the cost would be 55 dollars plus labor. The technician, literally, was done in 5 minutes, and even said he didn't do anything! At the end of whole 5 minutes he was there, He said their minimum labor amount was $149.00!!!!! He did nothing!!!!!!
I do not recommend!!! Please don't go to this company!!!
