I don't often write reviews, but I have been a member of the Your Air Co customer care plan for many years. Every time I call, I receive prompt service from a polite and experienced technician. These guys are great, do yourself a favor and check them out.

Purchased a unit from this company several years ago. Had their customer care plan. Was not notified about renewing the plan when it expired or about an A/C tune-up before summer. I called them three weeks ago about my unit continuously running. Had two appointments cancelled as there were not "techs available" and it was suggested that I contact a company closer to where I live, rather than wait for a tech from the company I purchased the unit from. Suspect if the customers care plan was updated, a tech would have been available.

All five qualities were exceeded. This quality of service continues from the time the unit was initially installed.
The technician was on time, extremely professional, friendly and provided updates throughout the repair process. Which I appreciate.
He also followed all of Your Air stated guidelines for covid19. Thank you for such a positive outcome.

Excellent Technician and company
We were referred to this company when our old one went out of business and they have been great. It just so happened that the first technician that came out to our house was also the one we like from the previous company. From Erin who answers the phone and sets the appointment time to the technician Jason, they are very prompt and courteous. They explain everything in detail and answer any questions you might have. Would definitely reccomend them to anyone.

They have a very affordable monthly maintenance plan.

I recently moved away from Houston, and was a bit troubled by the decision because my mom is getting older and I worry about her! When I got the call from her that her HVAC had gone out in December of all times, my nightmare had come true... I called Your Air Co after hours and Colleen and Oscar were EXTREMELY helpful, immediately responding with an emergency repair. When I got the bill, I was surprised by how affordable such a quality service can be. I seriously can’t thank them enough!

I've been with Your Air Conditioning Co. for a few years now and every time I've had any interaction with them they have been the utmost professionals. Leah in the office was very helpful in setting up my appointment and the technician Rodney took the time to inspect the AC units from top to bottom. I could not ask for a better team to look after my AC units. At the end of the inspection Rodney gave me suggestions on what should be done to keep my units running like new. No pressure just suggestions.

Jim H did my service and did an exceptional job of explaining everything, showing me all the items he was working with, and discussing how to handle it in the future. I asked him about my dehumidifier and said it did not appear to be working correctly. He looked at it and found that whoever worked on the cable the last time had left it unplugged in the attic. I appreciate his help in solving that problem. I have recommended Your A/C to several of my friends.
