Jeff and Lori are easily the most amicable and professional people I have dealt with in the greater Houston area. I own and operate jersey mikes locations in the area and these are the only people I trust to field my calls, emergencies, PM and installs. They have pinpointed and provided fixes to EVERY one of my issues with my Norlake freezer and Walk in. They fixed my Howard McCray mestcase quicker than the company that sold it to me. But mostly, I appreciate their attention to detail, sense of urgency, and their general upkeep of my satisfaction and my equipment at my stores. This company is top notch. Two other A/C companies told us we needed a new unit. Jeff came and found that part needed to be replaced. The cost was minimal. He repaired it and told us we were good for another 10 years. That was 3 years ago and the a/c is still going strong. Highly recommend!!

Arc mechanical was very rapid in their response time to help us with our broken air conditioner.
