My Tech was name Rudy. When he came he was so nice. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail to where I could understand. He was very professional. My AC was repaired and it was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to you for your AC services.👍🏾👍🏾for great service.

This company was sent through my home warranty. First visit the tech didn't trouble shoot the problem which at the time were two. Claimed he fixed and ckearly did not. After contacting my home warranty. They they were sent out a second time, and the same tech admitted that he didn't trouble shoot the issues of concern. Then, I presented an itemized list of charges that were that weren't needed. Home Warranty approved the replacement of HVAC unit. I witnessed them not reparing and cleaning things they said needed by the third technician and called him on it. Prior I contacted the manager at the office to question said repairs neeed. He was very vary rude and unprofessional and said they neec to charge extra over and above the claim that was approved. I sincevhad two employees show up to my residence and threaten my daughter and make a loud, unruly spectical wilth very loud so that my neighbors and postmaster witnessed this act. I spoke with the two gentlemen over the camera speaker because I am in the hospital. He Harrassed me and my daughter til she was frightened that they would come through the door. He said he would be back tomorrow to harass me some more. Authorities were notified bet they had left prior to arrival. He claimed he was a small family business. My attorney is on the job. Since when is it good business practices to show up to someone's residence and threaten and harass? This company is horrible!!!!.

Chris arrived a little before the stated timeframes. I received a call when he was on the way. He had the ac fixed quickly and was very knowledgeable. He explained our air balancing issues and other things. I appreciate it when someone knows what they're doing.

Juan was amazing! We had a great experience with him through our home warranty company. I was nervous bc usually the home warranty companies don’t always have great services. But Juan was on time, helpful, honest and fixed our problems! Thank you JUAN!!!

Juan came to home today based on AC not coming on. He was prompt and efficient. Juan explained that the drain was clogged and float switch would not allow unit to operate to avoid flooding the attic. Same issue as last time and covered by warranty. The AC is fully functioning now. Highly recommend!

These guys Scamming the home warrantee companies out there and making customers pay more out of pocket.
This company out to repair AC unit the warrantee company would only pay for the repairs needed to fix the unit. Company stated the 800 of unnecessary repairs where needed to complete the job. we had a different service out and fixed it without replacing the un-covered items the warrantee would not pay for.

I don't understand the bad reviews. Our A/C went out Sunday evening and RLC was out here today. Less than 48 hour repair in Houston in June during record heat? That's next level. I will always use RLC!!

RLC was assigned to my home warranty claim. They called me within minutes of me filing the claim. I wasn’t expecting to see or hear from anyone for a while since it’s summer season; I assumed they would be backlogged but Juan arrived, he was thorough and helpful. He arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job. My primary condensate line was clogged, he cleared and told me what to expect in the future.

I was assigned to RLC Services through my home warranty and honestly couldn't be happier! I have company coming for the holiday and they were able to get Chris out SAME DAY. He also did the repairs and was extremely quick, knowledgeable, and more then fair on charges/bill. I was definitely skeptical initially after seeing reviews, but I am very happy with RLC and will use them again.

Great fast service( my husband is on hospice) when I told them that they tried their best to get a service person out to my house, and they did 3 hrs earlier than planned. From the scheduler on the phone to the service person ( Louis) all were helpful, friendly and professional. I would use then in a minute, if I need service. Good to know there are still people out there who care about the kind of job they do.
