Very disappointed with their service. They repaired my A/C but in doing so they cracked my condensation pan and it started to leak and did some damage to my ceiling. Now they refuse to replace it saying it was already cracked. I just bought the home in March and had a full inspection done on it. Also if there had been a leak, their men would have seen it and reported it to me the first time they went up there that day plus there would have been some damage to my ceiling which there was not prior to their visit. The leak started shortly after they left. I immediately called them back but they didnt come til after 6:00. By then the ceiling was bulging. At that time they said the pan was cracked and they would bring another one the next day. They never came. Now they say they are not replacing unless I pay for the work ($400 plus). My next email will be to the BBB! I'm also putting a message on Facebook. RLC doesn't treat their customers right and messages never get answered. I won't be using their services again! They get one star because my A/C is working now.
This company was sent to my home, by Allied Home Warranty. RLC Services repaired my AC in July of this year, they had to return the next few days, because my husband and I noticed that the AC wasn't cooling. They returned to correct their work. After, they left my husband reviewed work done. He saw that they had done a sloppy job, they had our installation misplaced all the place, installation spilled over the AC UNIT. 3 mos, we have a leak in our guest bathroom, from our lines getting clogged by the messy, sloppy job they did. This morning Allied Home Warranty sent another vendor.... He confirmed that the job RLC Services performed, caused the clogging of the AC lines, which caused the pan to over flow and leak into our guest bathroom, causing damage to our ceiling. After contacting them, they are saying that they are not responsible for the damage. After reviewing other complaints, very similar complaints. I am not pleased and I am pissed. And if Allied Warranty let them get away with this, I am going after them as well......
I had a appointment with R.L.C. to service my AC system , they were to install a zoning system. No one from R.L.C. called me , so I called to find out when the tech was going to arrive. The receptionist said they had cancelled my service call. She didn't know why nobody from R.L.C. didnt called me to let me know the service had been cancelled . Nobody from R.L.C. bothered to call and apologize to me . I wasted a whole day waiting for R.L.C. to service my AC system. This is very unprofessional and I will never do business with R.L.C.
If I could rate zero I definitely would. We have a leak in our attic. He came out and charged me $75 to put $1.00 worth of duck tape on the leaking pipe.
Great guys, been using them for years. Showed up on time as promised, fixed the problem immediately. Probably took less than 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again!

The estimate for the services provided was a very reasonable price. The work was completed without incident and within the promised time frame.
