They were chosen by my home warranty provider and they never showed up for the appointment. Once I read the other reviews I didn't even want to frustrate myself more by calling for an ETA so I just ended up calling One Hour Air Conditioning.

All I can say to sum it up is please do not use this company. They are horrible. Management and techs are absolutely horrible. Dishonest, and unprofessional.AC was not working because of the thermostat.The tech checked the thermostat first and said it was working. Next day another company came out said thermostat was not working and next thing you know my AC is blowing cold air throughout home. It was many other problems I had with this company. Trust me do not go with this company.

This company is not reliable whatsoever.
I will never use this company again, and I’ll never recommend to anyone to use their services. They will leave the customer hanging (regardless how cold or how hot the weather is or how dire the customer’s situation is,)and not even take any responsibility.

Was sent by my home warranty company. They came out yesterday evening at almost 7pm and by 2pm today our a/c was back out. They gave us a number to call on the receipt if we had any more issues, but we called and stayed on hold for hours and no one ever answered. We now have to go through the warranty again.

The only reason I gave a star is because 0 stars is not an option. The first time they came out they said they had fixed the issue, 2 days later again the a/c unit was not working. Set an appointment to come out to fix again, did not show for the appointment. Set another appointment the next day and called because it was late and wanted to know if we still wanted them to come out. It's Houston and we have 2 young children and a dog so we said of course. They once again "fixed" the problem. Again the a/c unit stopped working. They came out yet again and this time decided the compressor was the issue. They have to go through the warranty company which I understand and wait for the part. It now has been 10 days without air conditioning. The part was in on a Monday and waiting to be picked up, they failed to pick up the part and it took us to communicate that the part was waiting at will call for them to be informed. It is now Wednesday and they have yet to pick up the part and refuse to complete the service today. When we tried explaining it is increasingly hot each day and we have 2 young kids they did not care. We asked to speak to the supervisor and he was about as helpful as an a/c unit without a working compressor. Tomorrow will be 14 days without a/c. The level of service, care, and competence is embarrassing.

Absolutely made me being out of a.c. experience a complete nightmare. They came out to fix it said they fixed it but didn't. The receptionist on the phone has done nothing but feed us lies. I have been out of a.c. for 10 days and still waiting on them to come out to fix it when we were promised first priority in the morning and i just called and they are out taking care of getting other parts for other customers. They said 10-1 now they are saying after 1 when i was told i would be taken care of first thing this morning. I've never been so angry at something that shouldn't be this difficult.

Our home waruntee sent a technician out, Kevin, to look at our duct work that needs to be replaced. The documents he sent the home waruntee were inaccurate and ended up getting the service request rejected from the waruntee company. He also provided us with a quote to have the replacement done on our own, which was a very low quote but seemed a bit shady. We have tried to contact them and Kevin directly multiple times, and the waruntee company has tried to get a new report as well with no response. Seems like a strange situation as now we would not trust them to replace an air filter, but because of the inaccuracies on the report they aren't getting paid for any services through the waruntee, so I'm not sure who they're scamming, but I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for A.C. services.

PATHETIC! As with many of the reviews they were contracted by my home warrant company. We were just told the night before our scheduled appointment that WE as the customer must provide them a ladder so that they can get into our attic. WORST COMPANY EVER. STAY AWAY!!
