AC Comfort

I haven’t been 100% satisfied for so long with a service provider, but AC Comfort changed that. I am working with them for few years, and they delivered what they promised to the absolute excellency all the time. All staff are professional, respectful, and know what to do. All technicians pay attention to details and the way they work is like their own house.

I contacted Vicky at AC Comfort for our commercial business. Within 1 hour she had someone here to diagnose the problem, make a temporary fix that would stay and give us a quote. They are fast, outstandingly reasonable, and extremely professional. Upon leaving the technician showed us pictures, and the whole write up done before leaving the premises. Their work is second to none! It is so nice as a business owner to see that their service, quality, and attention to detail is so important.

Quality sevice!! Efficient, effortless, accommodating, and considerate. The few bad reviews are inconsiderate takes on their understandable and still affordable last-minute calls that expected normal charges for rushed and priority services over those that schedule appointments. Jose was very helpful during the service call, the day prior to install. Roberto and his team had everything back up and running by eod. I should've called sooner. (Replaced outside and inside unit with affordable payment plans)

I highly recommend AC comfort to EVERYONE! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. Our tech came before taking their lunch because he had a feeling our house would be uncomfortably hot in the middle of this Texas heat wave. What a guy! He solved our issue quickly and answered all our questions. My daughters and I are so grateful to be living in a cool house again. ❤️

AC Comfort was incredibly responsive and helpful to work us into the schedule ASAP. They were very professional and immediately found the root cause of the problem, which was stripped wire contacting the furnace panel and blew the fuse. They got my AC back up and working in the summer heat. Forever grateful!

Cannot say enough nice things about this company. I was introduced to AC Comfort when I purchased my 10-year-old house. My realtor recommended them, and they came out and did a through inspection and tried to fix the broken heater. They honestly with me, showed me what was wrong and why, and offered me several choice about how to proceed. I ended up having a new Rheem heating system installed and they did an amazing job. I like this company because I feel I can trust them to provide good work at a reasonable price.

I had a DIFFERENT AC company tell me our furnace circuit board was burned out and couldn't be repaired. Their high pressure sales guy pulled up before the tech even left. Got a second opinion from AC Comfort.

Osiel showed me how they were liars, and had me up and running in less than 30 minutes. Honest, good quality service, reasonable prices.

The thing I value most is the honesty, and the low pressure sales environment. I like to know my options, but not be pressured into spending a lot of money, and AC comfort deserves 6 stars in this regard. Will definitely be calling them for all future issues including system replacement when the time comes. Tell them to send out Osiel.

Excellent company!!!! Tech came out and found the issue right away. He explained everything that I would need and the price. He did an excellent job!! I will definitely be using AC Comfort if I have any needs in the future.

I had Rey replace a whole house system at our last residence in 2015 and was perfectly pleased with his service and performance so much so that we called and asked if he would like to come out and replace the whole house system in our existing home (we are no longer in his service area) but Rey personally made the trip to quote the job and we hired and scheduled on the spot. His crew was on time, sufficient, clean, and professional.

Had an awesome experience with them. Had someone come out promptly for repairs to an AC and Furnace unit not working at all. They did the repair but it resurfaced a couple of days later. This is where they really shined in responding and taking care of the issue. The original technician came out again and fixed it but it failed again in less than a day. They were responsive and sent another tech and fixed the root cause of the issue. Really loved the customer service attitude and being responsive, especially when something went wrong! Would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
