AC Comfort

Absolutely epic experience. Called 7 different companies before I found these guys and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that someone came out within 45 minutes at 8 pm (same day)! Rey was the nicest and most professional technician I've met and was so much fun to work with. He took my house from burning up to feeling like Alaska that same night. I will never use a different company. Cannot recommend enough. Call them now - I promise you will not regret it! 10 out of 5 stars.

A/C Comfort has installed/serviced 2 units for us as well as provide maintenance for a 3rd previously installed unit. Owner Rey Ugalde and his technicians have been wonderful to work with. Professional, friendly, timely. They have always communicated clear information about any issues. Rey took great care to figure out the best configuration for setting up the new system when the design of our (older) home posed some logistical difficulties. Technicians have been timely, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

My tech (Ozzie) called ahead of time, showed up on time, and was extremely professional. Took a lot of pictures and took time to explain to me all issues, highlighting urgent and non-urgent issues. Did a good job of explaining what my options were; but most importantly, he came across as sincere, honest, and very respectful. This company has what matters to me the most, excellent customer service!

We have been using AC comfort for years. They are trustworthy and dependable. They have done all of our hvac work. We highly recommend them!

Service was fast and friendly. Able to book an appointment around my schedule and I felt like I was given honest and helpful advice. A/C had to be replaced and Rey was able to replace the next morning and in less than 4 hours. Reasonable pricing for great service. I would definitely recommend Rey and plan on continuing to use AC Comfort in the future.

I called Rey with AC Comfort on a Sunday evening and within the hour he was at my doorstep! When your A.C goes out and it's 100+ degrees outside this is the man to call, very professional, he knows what urgent means, and gets the job done. Rey truly cares about his customers and will go above and beyond for them. AC Comfort is honest, fair, and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a repair, maintenance, or replacement.

Jose is a wonderful technician...friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made sure that he understood my concern and proceeded from there. I like that the company contacted me within 24 hours after my initial email, and scheduling an appointment was easy. I would work with AC Comfort again.

Rey and his team were prompt, friendly and courteous. Their quote to replace our two evaporator coils was reasonable and installed the next day after accepting the bid. Highly recommended!

AC Comfort is who you want to call (or email) for any of your AC needs. These guys are so reliable... We called them on Memorial Day weekend in hopes of getting our AC fixed knowing we might not have any luck as we weren't having any luck elsewhere. But someone contacted us within the hour and came to our house as soon as they could. They were super busy but were able to temporarily fix our AC until the major repair. I was super grateful as I have small children at home that weren't doing so well with the heat. Once they came in to do the repair the guys that showed up (which I was given a large window, thought I was going to have to wait all day but showed up at their earliest convenience, 9am) were very professional and clean. I was told the job could take about 5 hours but they were done in 3. They sent me the invoice via email as I was on my way to work. Everything was such an easy process. I truly recommend to all!!
