AC Comfort

Rey came same day when my AC went out and got it going quickly. Very polite and professional. Told me there were some things he could do to make my AC system work a little more efficiently but with it being 21 years old he would just watch it for now as the upgrade parts would far outlast the system ant therefore probably aren't a good investment. He also pointed out some potential safety issues with the way my heater was installed that could cause problems and recommended bringing the system up to code before heater season.

I called AC Comfort when I had some weird leaking outside. My appointment was immediately set, with a time window. I received a text when my technician was on his way and he showed up right when they said he would. He was courteous, professional and quick. He inspected all of my units, and clearly explained the issues I was having and me a rundown of everything that was going on with my units. I never felt like I was being sold anything. He cleared my AC lines, replaced my filters, and now they run so much better. I will be calling them for all my AC needs!

Very professional. Does not try to up sale. Very honest and up front, prompt, affordable, patient, good company. Will definitely use them again.

I made an appt on 4/5/19 (Fri) to have my AC serviced. Mr. Rey Ugalde was the tech that showed up. He was on time for the appt and i received text messages that he was on his way. I have been in my house for 2 years. I knew i would have to replace my AC and furnace at some point since it was the original unit. My house was built in 2001. Mr. Rey showed me pictures and discussed with me the problems he found with my AC and furnance. At no point in the conversation did he try to sell me a new unit.
He gave me options and suggestions that i could do, but assured me that i will have to replace it eventually. I decided to go ahead and replace it. The money i wouldve spent to fix all these problems couldve gone to getting a new unit.. I discussed my options with Mr. Rey and made a decision to get a new AC/furnace. AC Comfort was able to install the AC/furnace on 4/6/19 (Sat). @8am. I felt very comfortable with Mr. Rey that I let his team enter my home while i was at work. Once again AC Comfort associates and Mr. Rey were on time. They finished the job around 4pm that day. Im very pleased with the work they did in the attic and how they ran all my ducts and overall workmanship was excellent. If you want excellent service and top notch associates working on your AC, AC Comfort is the company you should look into. They're family owned and i just want to say Thank you for taking care of my house, and doing excellent work replacing my units. Your company is the one that i will use for all my AC/furnace issues and maintenance. Once again thank you very much!

Very FAST response time. Rey went above and beyond my needs and expectations! He was ver focused on customer support and educating me. My experience was great and I will not need to shop around next time I need AC work done.

Jose Hernandez was punctual, professional and showed the best quality of integrity in a technician. We had our upstairs AC unit stop working on a Saturday. Called AC Comfort and they were able to come out to the house in less than 2 hours. Ran several different tests inside and outside and answered my questions along the way with clarity and got us back online. Thanks for getting to us so quickly and having a professional team to help us in our time of need on a weekend.

Jose Hernandez was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me on how a system works and answered all of my questions. I was presented with a game plan for repairs and did not feel pressured to make decisions right away. Thank you for the service, would recommend to any one needing HVAC maintenance. I’m new to the home and had no idea what condition our system was in and now I know more than I thought I would after this visit.
He was also wearing PPE and was courteous that I was working from home. I thought it was great customer service during this COVID time.

I first learned of this company in September 2016 during a home inspection. I've used their service since. Ray is honest, reliable and knowledgeable. He's cost conscious and trys to save customers money instead of selling unnecessary products. I appreciate that he makes recommendations and offers options for maintaining and repairing my AC.
