Highly highly recommend giving this place a visit if you’re needing air conditioner unit parts! Everyone my husband and I encountered at Partsco was very helpful. As a first time homeowner, fixing home issues is all new to us but we were able to show them pictures and get advice and it made the process of fixing our unit a breeze! I’m so happy I found and called partsco because they were SO quick and helpful—exactly what we needed! We saved so much time and money by paying them a visit.

Life savers. Was able to pick up the part to fix my AC the same day.

My A/C went out on a VERY HOT day here in Houston. Found out that I needed to get a replacement capacitor. Partsco had the part available and I didn't need any license to purchase the replacement. The staff also made suggestions for things for me to look out for to keep my A/C unit going. I really like this place. Staff is very knowledgeable and weren't try to up-sale me. I will highly recommend to anyone needing A/C supplies.

This shop saved me a bunch of cash and at least one sleepless night.
My HVAC stopped working this Sunday (never the right time) and I decided to replace a capacitor as a starting point. All shops were closed except PartsCo. It was 12.43pm when I called them and found out that they have the part, but they will be closed by the time I arrive. The shop was within 25min drive from my house and I decided to hop on and tried to make it. Certainly, I was late, but the lady (unfortunately, I have not asked her name) was waiting for me, listen to my problem carefully, gave me a better capacitor.
I replaced it myself and the HVAC started working.
It was for the second time when I visited this shop and both times, I was given the right advise and suggestions.
And today the lady made my day! Thank you! I do recommend this place.

These guys rock. My A/C stopped blowing cool air in the middle of >100F heatwave and my usual guy was out of town. The part he said he'd send didn't arrive, and i was not going to endure another day of killing heat. I called to see if they had the capaciter I needed at 8:15 am and by 9:30am cold air was flowing out the vents.
They are very knowledgeable about A/C systems and their inventory and extremely helpful. Prices are reasonable too. Skip box stores and shop locally here. As a woman I'm used to being talked down to by places like this, but these guys treat everyone as the most important customer they have.

Great place for maintenance parts on AC and other appliances. I was able to successfully repair my compressor fan motor, contactor, and startup capacitor with their parts and advice.

Great Supply Shop
I've been going here for years on and off. If you're like me and know just enough to be dangerous this is the place for you. I had my fan motor go out last night on the condenser, did my research, took my pictures of the part model numbers and wiring. The got me exactly what I needed and a $100+ less than what I found it for online. So far they have always had what I needed, including some pretty obscure registar grills.

My indoor blower motor started working intermittently when the thermostat called for a cool setting. So I thought it was the fan motor and the capacitor, and I replaced them. Well, I came to find out that the controller board was bad and not the blower motor and the cap. I called Arthur and George at parts co, and they walked me through the process of troubleshooting the controller board. They also had the part available and told me that if I needed anything else to give them a call. I will give Arthur and George a call before I would call the a/c repair guy. They help me save about $1,200.00 on the repairs.

My AC went out after a short electricity outage on Sunday afternoon. I determined that the most probable cause was a failed Run Capacitor. After searching online I found Partsco and planned to be there at 8am Monday when they open with the old capacitor. I was there and they were open as expected. They tested my old capacitor, confirmed it had failed and had a replacement that I purchased. She tested the new capacitor to verify its function. My AC was back working better than before that morning. I am very happy they sell to the general public unlike other part houses. Great place to get these speciality parts.
