It's not 1940, but you'd think so after the men at the OTHER parts supply places in the area refused to sell me a basic part I needed because apparently women are not capable of switching out a capacitor. Thanks so much PartsCo for recognizing I'm a grown adult who can decide to fix my own stuff even though I'm burdened by this poor little female brain!! Y'all were so helpful and didn't treat me like an idiot. You've got my business forever now!

I bought the furnace ignitor today at PartsCo. The price is $79 plus tax, comparing to $30 on Amazon. However, the other HVAC parts shops in a 10-miles radius either did not have the right part or they only sell to the licensed HVAC contractors. So, although the mark up may be close to 200%, if you can't wait for the mail delivery, this could be your place to go. And they were quite nice to me.

Prices are definitely inflated.

I would originally have rated this company lower, but do accept that this is a small business and it does need to adapt towards the demand and cost of service to do business. However, I don't like being lied to by the clerk cashier about mentioning "Electrical Component being Unreturnable" before the purchase was made.

I called before I left home. My son and I were greeted by a more than friendly staff. They assisted in troubleshooting and although the part was pricey, they did not try to pressure me. I have done business with them in the past and with aervice like this, I will continue to.

This was my second time back for an AC part. The staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
