I do agree that they seemed knowledgeable but they told me they absolutely do not do any returns and refunds. At times parts do not work with each other as the case with electronics and you do not want to be left a bagholder if their knowledge/recommendation turns out to be wrong.

Also be careful they dont have a good stockkeeping system. The guy at the counter was trying to sell me a different part saying he didnt have what I asked for. Then eventually finds it.

Do your research. Reviews are high because emotions are high when someone's AC goes bust and they sell you a part. If you take a step back and realize you wont be able to return parts that is a very risky thing.

Customer service is good, their prices are sky high! Bought a contactor for $40! Other stores has for way less same brand same everything! Online for $8!! They need to change their prices and i will come back for business. I will add “ they do give very good information, but that doesn’t mean you have to push your prices. Might as well charge for information. How I use your parts or if I’m in a rush or not should not be a factor to push your prices. I had a choice to buy or not like you said, but this is what reviews are for; to inform people of your services, prices, and quality. Thanks

Went there to get a capacitor checked to see if its bad. They said it was bad. I felt like they did not know what they were doing so i took my old capacitor back. I waited for my AC guy to show up at my house and he showed me they were good. Why is this company lying to customers. Plus very high prices compared to other places. Stay away something shady going on there.

Went today for help with my first ever attempt at a condenser fan motor replacement. Everyone was very friendly and a huge help for a novice. Had every part I needed and talked me through pitfalls in the repair process. Exactly what I needed and ended with a successful repair - couldn't be happier!

I purchased a capacitor from these people on 7/5/17. They engaged in price gouging and have prices 287% higher than Amazon.
I can under stand maybe 50% higher than amazon for the convenience, but They charged me $48.86 for a Titan Pro run capacitor which compared to $17.00 on Amazon. They also have a convenient no return policy.
