Not a nice person. And they prefer to do business with foreigners than Americans. Take your business elsewhere. Their prices are on average about 100% higher.

I’ve been here a couple times in urgent situations. EVERYTIME they had the part in stock and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Everything you need here for your Air-conditioner and the Lady is super nice and easy to talk to.and parts are reasonable

I do not have to have a contractor's license to buy anything. I just tell then what I need and they have it or will order it, if need be.
